The only food based supplements I trust
Link Nutrition is unlike other supplements company because they make it food based. It’s important to only look for food based ones when it comes to supplements because it is easier and more compatible to our body than synthetic ones. Synthetic ones, although cheaper, do more harm than good. Bonus point is that they mostly try to make their products vegetarian or vegan, so anyone can have these, even those with certain religious dietary requirements. They also have great customer service, very fast delivery, saved my life!
