This company operates a scam that is…
This company operates a scam that is almost criminal. They employ blackhat SEO tactics, spammy link networks, and charge you while linking your site to horrible sites that have been shut down by Google. They do not give you options on the sites for links. They refuse to provide any customer input or services and have no intention of standing behind their service. This is the same company as OTTO and Search Atlas. We have disavowed many of their links, and the company refuses to respond to customer service requests. We have requested a refund, which was denied, and they have locked out our dashboard to access our customer data. Avoid this company at all costs. They have excellent PR and marketing to keep your reviews hidden.
Our industry is niche and highly…
Our industry is niche and highly regulated, but LinkGraph didn’t flinch. They took the time to
Iearn our space and created content that ranked and converted. That level of care is rare.
Unfortunately not a good experience..
Unfortunately not a good experience... We are a web design and marketing company and we like to look around for upcoming technologies. Search Atlas seemed to be the Holy Grail of SEO and as the saying goes... if it appears to be too good to be true, then it probably is.
We started our trial with issues with credits. Our goal was to update our site and test out the product but changes through AI did not appear on our website and at one point the system said we had run out of credits, but it showed we still had 200+ left. We then purchased more just in case and even that didn't fix the issue.
At that point the system just seemed to have a melt down... Our OTTO connections went down, then came back on, then any updates we tried to make didn't work.
We asked for support (we were on the $400 Pro plan) and couldn't get support for hours).
My biggest worry is that with so many glitches, their focus needs to be not on expanding features, but fixing the core software... We will try again in a year, but right now, the software is not ready.

Recently
Recently, I started working with Linkgraph marketing company that seemed to offer a promising opportunity for financial growth. The structure was simple at first: invest some money, submit data for products, create consumption records, and then withdraw earnings once the tasks were completed. However, as I progressed, it quickly became apparent that things weren’t as straightforward as they seemed.
The process involves cryptocurrency, which was new to me. For each completed data set—containing 40 products—I could receive 0-3 random packages, which I thought would lead to earnings. However, these random packages caused complications. Each package has its own set of products, and occasionally, it would result in my account going negative, requiring me to deposit more money just to bring the balance back up.
Initially, I was told I’d only get three random packages, but unexpectedly, I received a fourth package that pushed my work account into a negative balance of $24,086 USD. This amount is astronomical, especially for me as an international student. I had already invested all my savings, as well as money from friends and family, to complete the third package, which was supposed to be the last one.
When I contacted my trainer to understand what went wrong, I was told the packages can contain multiple products, leading to further costs. The constant cycle of having to deposit more money to bring my balance to a positive state is overwhelming, and I’m stuck in a loop where I can’t withdraw any funds without completing more tasks. Yet, there’s no guarantee I won’t receive more random packages, pushing me deeper into financial distress.
This situation has placed me under immense pressure. I’m feeling deeply anxious, unable to concentrate on my studies, and I fear losing all the money I’ve invested. I’m also worried about how to explain this to my family and friends who trusted me with their savings. Each day, the stress is growing, and it’s affecting my mental health. I feel trapped with no clear way out, and I can’t afford to lose this much money. The uncertainty of whether I will ever be able to recover the funds or face further unexpected charges is driving me into a state of depression. I demand a legal action from the company.
Terrible communication
I was working with Felipe. From the moment I placed the order it was bad. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to engage with the deliverables when someone finally responded I had a question and stated if this can’t be done then this isn’t a fit for me. I was told he was going to ask someone. He never did. I requested a refund and was told you have to get that within 48 hours but unfortunately I couldn’t get anyone to talk to me until 4 days after the order. When he finally delivered it was a heat map I had done with in the dashboard not their team. Then they delivered other items and I emailed back and said that information is inaccurate and I’ve heard nothing back from him and it’s been 2 weeks. I’d gladly resolve and take this down if someone would even respond to my emails at this point.
If you are looking to work for this…
If you are looking to work for this company and you worked for a competitor of theirs. DONT. They will ask you how your other company did things and if you don’t give valuable information they will never teach you anything about their systems. Therefore you inevitably fail in the position.
Management will micromanage you and give you tasks with little to no resources. Make sure you account for all of your emails and work habits because they will find cases where you are lacking and belittle you about your experience.
I am not a disgruntled employee. It’s just how it was. The services are amazing and they clearly know a lot about SEO.
I am just writing this for future employees. Manick and Arman are not good people and they do business very cut throat.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. They use Blackhat SEO tactics, they do not fulfill their obligations under the agreement and are not accountable. This company is so ridiculous, that the CEO is writing a fake review about his company on GMB!! (Manick Bhan). We're currently taking legal action against this company for making us lose over $17,000 using their super low-quality services.

Month-to-Month Campaigns, Great People
We were looking for higher quality link building after a bad experience with another company. We started with a trial campaign. Great writing, and solid publications. It’s been about three months and we’re still seeing the same quality. Unlike other vendors, linkgraph let’s you go month to month instead of locking you in and then decreasing quality.

Data-Driven SEO Team
Our site was slow and would crash whenever we tried to adjust our forms or plugins. This crew migrated us over to WPengine and we haven’t had an issue since. Truly a data-driven team - they can always back up any recommendation.

Happy so far
I’d never heard of these guys before Affiliate Summit, but I liked their free SEO tools and so far their outreach services have been exceptional.

We’re a tech company and what drew us to LinkGraph is that they make all their own SEO software in-house. Really sets them apart from other agencies that are gimmicky when you dig deeper. Huge fans and we’ll be working together for a long time.
