We paid for power of attorney for our mum who has Alzheimer’s and these rats have took our money knowing full well they were going out of business , we have no paperwork and mum is on later stages..hope you can sleep at night.

We paid for a trust deed in December . This is now 17 February and we still have not got it! Would not recommend this company

It’s now over 3 weeks later than promised getting a drawer will to me and they don’t reply to emails or calls

We have been working with Linked Up Legal to set up a Power of Attorney for my father. Although we initially expected the process to be challenging, Linked Up Legal made it surprisingly straightforward. They addressed all of our questions promptly and efficiently

A great company, very quick response. Contracted them to arrange power of attorney for both parents. They explained the full process and timings. Due to my father’s medical decline they ensured to rush through his power of attorney and explained that my mothers would take longer. Due to my fathers medical issue they did everything to ensure the process went through with as much ease as possible. My fathers was all completed within approx 6months and we are now waiting on my mums to be completed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

My wife and I experienced a problem with just one of the three interlinked alarms and I called the company who got straight back to me. I spoke to a Graeme Jardine who was clearly very knowledgeable and he took me step by step through the process of resetting the problem alarm and then interlinking it with the other alarms again. The whole matter was handled very professionally and I have to say I was absolutely delighted with the way in which the matter was handled. This "Company" is not a Law Firm and does not have legal representation; ie a solicitor. It is very clever wording on the website! It is not registered with the Law Society of Scotland nor the Faculty of Advocates. A very devious way of pulling the General Public in to a service that is not professional.
The Office of the Public Guardian (Scotland) has been notified.

I received a call from linked up legal regarding will/power of attorney I wasn’t sure at first but we went ahead because it was something we were always going to do and never got round to it.everything was explained and they kept in touch through the full process I would recommend this company
