Great sales service
The salesperson was not pushy, but was informative and informed. He agreed to install a battery charger lead. The bike was presented in a good, clean condition. The salesperson went through the controls and switches with me before letting me leave.
The only tiny gripe was that the clock had not been reset following the battery charger lead installation, but otherwise everything was great.

First bike
After doing my research on potential first big bikes, Triumph seemed to have what I was looking for. I called in to Lings Ipswich, whilst killing time waiting for someone, for a quick browse. CHARLIE, in the sales, was so helpful, personable, knowledgeable and enthusiastically encouraging. I called back later and made my purchase. I bought a 19 reg Tiger 800 from Lings, i test rode it for 1 hr, felt good so bought it.
It all went through quickly and smoothly, the staff were very helpful i'm very pleased with my purchase and rode it home that day.

Bought a nice KTM690 Enduro R, sight unseen and had it delivered. Sam dealt with the sale and sent over a video walk around of the bike. All in all, a very smooth transaction.

Just purchased a 2018 ducati from lings…
Just purchased a 2018 ducati from lings of Ipswich was slightly more expensive than others of same age and mileage but was advertised as one owner and immaculate with 4 ducati service stamps. On delivery the bike has loads of stone chips on the front and although it does have 4 stamps 3 are from 2018 to 2020 and no service for 4 YEARS after that . When I raised this with the sales person I got the usual no reply . Please avoid this dealer

Phone call from sales manager saying why would they volunteer the information that the bike hadn't been serviced in 4 years if I had asked i would have been told . It's not there job to tell us everything about the bike after all there a business and it's there job to sell bikes. And it's my job to never recommend this dealership ever ever . So if you ever look at a bike from this lot please go through it with a tooth comb or you might end up with a pile of crap

Dislike the fact that because it was a Kawasaki and not a Triumph nobody had any idea about anything really. I suspect the oil was changed, when it should’ve had, no idea about the Kawasaki warranty or how anything worked on the bike, it hadn’t been even been cleaned. So unfortunately not that impressed.
