Since writing this review - I always think that purchasing on the internet is like gambling, if you can't afford to lose it, don't do it.
So it is extremely surprising when a company reacts positively to a negative review, and LingoGet has done just that. Without my asking, provided a full refund of the purchase price and information suggesting they will make improvements to the faults that I identified.

Do not buy from this company!
They do not deliver their product.
When I raised my concern about non delivery they first wrote that I should contact the post office myself, to see where my parcel was! Even though they didn't know where it was!!
Each week I receive an email apologising but they do nothing to change the problem. So I now believe this company is spam or fraudulent

My kind of translator. I tried another brand before but I like Lingoget better. Very convenient and really easy to use. Thumbs up!

It is the best quality I have tried among my 3 translators. It is precise and it has a fine quality. It is durable also considering that I bring it with me and use it everyday. I recommend Lingoget.

Bought a Lingoget for my birthday. I have been using it for a couple of months now and so far, so good. It has a high accuracy in speech recognition and I am really learning a lot of phrases already. Saved me a lot. And btw, it’s user friendly too.

Pretty nifty little on-the-go translator. Fits in your hand well and very easy to use. It reminds me of an iPod in terms in size and weight. It translates pretty quickly and seems to be pretty accurate as far as I could tell.

I am a journeyman as they since it is what needed for my job and apparently travelling outside the country and across other European countries. Well good thing that there is a device like this now that you can carry around although it seem that the translation is not that accurate I can still be thankful for this kind of device because it makes travelling more convenient.

I am quite impressed that this is portable enough if you’re planning to use this everywhere, I carried this with me on a tour and was hoping to use it on my Italian trip and was a little surprised that it can be used the other way around as well. Still, you will find it difficult to use in a long conversation because it can only translate by a phrases. Nevertheless, it is really a must have in all your travel plans.

The product only works for about 5 minutes at a time before needing recharging. Very disappointing- how can I get my money back!
After consultation with the support team, I still haven’t received where to return my products. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee but that is not true!
All I get now from the company is a how to track my package letter or an offer to buy more. They have to be joking!!!!
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It is a waste of your money!

I have replied to this but they offered me 15% money back with a charge of 15% to reshelve the items. So in fact they wanted to give me nothing. What a joke this company is.
