I'd like to talk separately about my experience with both the platform and the teacher.

The platform: It's a convenient platform that helps teachers and students find each other. They helped us pick a teacher and offered free trial lessons - two in total. The only issue is payments in Poland. It seems PayPal doesn't integrate well with przelewy24.pl, so I had to make several attempts before I found a payment method that actually worked - I wasted some time on that, though the support team was friendly and offered to help. It's also a bit inconvenient that you have to pay the platform and the teacher separately. I took off one star specifically because of the payment problems.

The teacher: My child barely knows any English and isn't all that keen on learning it, so it was important for us to find someone who could get the child engaged. Rose is exactly that kind of teacher. She runs the lessons like a game, with fun little rewards, and gets my child involved in a really easy, natural way. She's patient, and she listens and adapts to what the child wants. We're very happy and highly recommend her.

My daughter has been having lessons in Spanish and Italian and she's making terrific progress. She's enjoying the lessons and is engaged and motivated to keep learning. thanks so much!

The teacher Sidonie explains the special problems of the pupil, That is at school very helpful and improves the grades.

Leticia sensei has been absolutely phenomenal with my two kids ages 7 and 4. She makes her lessons fun and engaging, as she customizes the learning experience to each child and their interests. She has a very kind and gentle demeanor, so the kids were comfortable with her from day 1. Her lessons utilize videos and songs and sometimes even creatively incorporate the kids’ favorite tv characters, which makes the learning experience extra fun. But it’s her lovely personality that the kids love the most and the reason why they have a greatest time learning Japanese. We feel so blessed to have Leticia sensei as their teacher. Highly recommend!!

Karen is a very kind teacher. She cares about the development of the child. So far Ivy is very happy to learn German with her.

German lessons with Carmen have always been prepared with great commitment and attention. I really appreciated the customization of the course according to my daughter's needs. The professionalism and sensitivity of the teacher Carmen made my daughter's learning experience positive and personalized.
Teacher Carmen was able to adapt her method to our daughter's needs, making learning more stimulating. The material she leaves at the end of the lesson is extremely valuable for reviewing and consolidating what has been learned. Her lessons are dynamic, full of engaging activities, and never just frontal.

I wish to commend the organization of Lingo Galaxy and Elena, Customer Support Representative, for their extraordinary ability to establish an open dialogue, welcoming and carefully understanding our requests and observations. They have demonstrated a genuine spirit of pluralism and constructive critical thinking, turning every discussion into an opportunity for mutual growth.

Leticia is my kids’ Japanese teacher. She is patient and lovely. I think it’s because of those qualities that my kids enjoy studying with her and have learned so much.

Ines is wonderful. She is very kind and helped our daughter a lot to improve her French and, most importantly, our daughter was always waiting for the next class, which was one of the best moments of her week. Thanks, Ines for all your support!

Ms Paola is wonderful. My daughter was very shy at the beginning but Ms. Paola’s fun lessons have helped her develop interest for Spanish. She enjoyed Ms. Paola’s lessons and the fun games she played with her in class.

Wonderful teachers, we have good experiences with Philipp and Carmen

We have been using Lingo Galaxy for language learning for a long time. Our teacher, Alexandra, is truly excellent and we are very satisfied. Working online with young children can be quite challenging, as their attention spans are relatively short. However, Alexandra uses pedagogically appropriate methods, teaches the language through fun games without ever boring the child, and also provides supporting materials. I am genuinely very happy with my child’s progress.

My son has been studying Japanese with Olivia for over a year now, and we absolutely love the progress he has made.

Olivia is very kind, patient, and engaging. Her lessons are interactive, well-structured, and enjoyable, which helps keep my son motivated and excited to continue learning Japanese.

We are very happy with the experience so far and would definitely recommend LingoGalaxy and Olivia to other parents looking for a great language-learning experience for their children.

What we value most about LingoGalaxy is its ability to assign the most suitable teacher to each learner. The remote setup is absolutely not a drawback, thanks to the effective tools employed by the instructor.

10/10 experience! Alexandra has worked with my 3 and 4 year old for just a few weeks and I am so pleased and impressed with their progress. It is obvious that Alexandra loves working with children. She is thoughtful, fun, bright, and so adaptive- if she notices that something isn't keeping their attention, she pivots until it does. She doesn't use English in her lessons in keeping with best practice, and the kids understand her still. I can't wait to see how their skills grow as they continue to work with her.
