No communications; follow-up of order

Placed an order and the money was taken from my account. No sign of parcel or acknowledgment of order from 3rd December (added my email address when ordered).
No way to contact them is visible on the site or indication of sizes available.
No Google search provides any visible reference to this company to call to chase my order or through the website worried that I’ve been scammed!!!
I have ticked to be contacted. So I will be expecting acknowledgment via this route.
