Such a scam. Ordered in June, did not receive my order, customer service keep asking me to wait. Now customer service AWOL.

Scam. Poor quality. Poor customer service. Poor cut. Sizing makes no sense.. don’t waste your money

Ik ben zeer teleurgesteld in mijn aankoop bij deze webshop. De producten kwamen totaal niet overeen met de foto’s en omschrijving op de website — wat mij betreft was er sprake van misleidende reclame.

Na meerdere keren contact te hebben opgenomen, kreeg ik steeds een ander voorstel: eerst een paar dollar compensatie, daarna een korting op een volgende bestelling, en uiteindelijk moest ik zelfs $15 betalen voor de verzending van een vervangend product. Terwijl de fout bij hen ligt.

De klantenservice neemt geen verantwoordelijkheid en probeert de kosten af te schuiven op de klant. Ik heb de producten uiteindelijk maar gehouden en zal hier nooit meer bestellen.

Ik raad deze webshop absoluut niet aan. Laat je niet misleiden door mooie foto’s — de werkelijkheid is helaas heel anders.

I’m very disappointed with my purchase from this webshop. The products I received looked nothing like the photos or descriptions on the website — in my opinion, the advertising is completely misleading.

I contacted customer service multiple times, and each time they came up with a different excuse: first offering a few dollars as compensation, then a discount for a future order, and finally asking me to pay $15 for shipping a replacement. All of this, while the mistake was clearly theirs.

They take no real responsibility and try to shift the costs onto the customer. In the end, I kept the items and decided never to order from this company again.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this shop. Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures — the reality is very different.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with LinenStylish. I ordered a dress that looked beautiful on their website, but what I received was incredibly disappointing. The material felt cheap, the fit was completely off, and it looked nothing like the photos online.

I reached out to their customer service hoping for a reasonable resolution, but instead, I was offered an insulting $10 refund on an $84 purchase. When I pushed back, they only increased it slightly and refused to take accountability for the misleading product.

They also made it clear that returning the item would be at my own cost, including potential customs duties, which felt like a tactic to discourage returns altogether.

I would not recommend shopping here. Poor quality, misleading advertising, and unhelpful customer service. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

1 star because you can’t give 0. Failure to apply terms and conditions - the product was delivered faulty and damaged. The company won’t pay for a return label, when this is provided for in their T&Cs. They reply to email less than once a week and the dispute has been going on for months. I have now had to retain a lawyer.

SCAM!! This isn’t even a real company. They will bill you but never ship anything (there isn’t any real merchandise to ship- it’s a money theft scam.) Do not provide your information to them, do not order from them.

Absolute Scam – Avoid at All Costs!

I ordered a two-piece set from Linen Stylish after reading glowing reviews *on their own website* — turns out, those must be fake or heavily filtered, because what I received was absolute garbage. I paid £58 for something that’s not even worth £10. The quality is laughable — cheap fabric, poor stitching, and nothing like what was advertised.

When I reached out to return it, they refused a refund and instead told me to *keep the item* and buy something else with a “discount.” Unbelievable. That’s not customer service — it’s a scam tactic.

They don’t even let real customers post reviews on their site, so there’s no transparency. If I could give zero stars, I would. This entire operation is a complete joke. Do not waste your money — you've been warned.

it should be zero, you can find the same outfits on Ali Express, cheap quality for expensive prices. No response from the customer service. A total scam. Do not recommend at alll to buy from them. Ah and by the way their products are not even linen

AWFUL THEY ARE A SCAM. ADVERTS AND WEBSITE ARE PHOTOS FROM OTHER BRANDS, dresses are a copy and awful quality it’s like a student has stitched random material up. They are NOT help. Will not give the return address and are not helpful emails are unprofessional no refund agreement only exchange but they state they do refund. Scammed me for £80. DO NOT ORDER ABSOLUTE SCAM! Anyone who knows what to do next please HELP because they HAVE STOPPED REPLYING TO ME.

Terrible experience. I paid £60 for an outfit that when arrived looked nothing like the pictures, was very cheaply done and didnt look like a £60 outfit. After many many emails, they finally replied and gave me the address to return the parcel (took 5 months and everytime I would report them to my credit card company for not replying, they would reply with a useless email so my credit card company never refunded me). I spend £22 to send the parcel back to China and after 6months, the parcel came back to me with no explanation, the tracking system says the Chinese immegration sent it back for lack of documentation. This website is a con and they know how to play the rules.

It's a scam. If you want to return an item it is simply impossible, despite the policy on the website allows for returns. The customer service never responded.
On top of that, the quality of the items is extremely cheap, probably worth a fifth of the price of the products.

Do not buy from them! Huge scam! The products have absolutely nothing in commun with the photos. Bad quality fabrics, horrible stitches, I can't really describe how bad they are. Tried to get a refund, they don't reply to my email. I wish I would have read the reviews here before ordering from them.

I had a very bad experience with this website; the products don't even look like the photos and videos on the website, and the sizes make things worse.
When I contacted customer service to return some items, they suggested only 10% of what I paid, so I will get only $12 out of 117$ I paid for clothes I can't wear.
Don't fall for this website; it is the worst of all....

Ordered a pants. The sizing is awfully wrong, color is wrong, cut / shape is wrong. They never respond to emails. And proposed me a $2 refund. What a joke. Don’t order from them, ever.

Same here as everyone Else! I should have read Rhodes comments before! They don’t want their Shitty product back and if I want another size i should have to pay 20$ more!!! We should have the possibilitx to send your product and get our Money Back! You liars should get your online Shop Closed. Is there something we can do alltogether here ? Like signing a petion pr something against them? I think we should really do something here because no one is satisfied !!

Only receive “half set”
Shipped 1 set to me , but only the bottom without the top !
And the bottom size is terribly small, it’s not 24.8inch as per stated, it’s 22inch waist.
Find all kind of excuse not to refund.
