Absolute trash!!! The photos in the website DO NOT reflect what you will get. The clothes are extremely poor recreations of what the photos show. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

If only I could give 0 stars, this company is untruthful and remorseless. I purchased 2 sets of leg warmers with description as stated on linencomfy website that reads and I quote:
"Leg socks made of different fabrics (virgin wool, alpaca, cotton wool)"
The items I recieved are clearly one solid piece of plain fabric with a printed pattern, not pieces sewn or patch worked together or wool at all. This company false advertises products. What you see and what is described is not what you get. Do not buy from them!

Zero stars. As soon as i made an order/purchase, my bank account was compromised with sets of ten in amounts of$6, $7,$8. Luckily my bank caught that, but the site was paid out January 3rd 2020 and I have not received clothes. I should have checked reviews first!!!!!!

Bad company. Probably fraudulent!

If I can give this company zero Stars I would have but unfortunately I can't are you order something that was promised to be delivered within 5 to 8 business days it's been 5 to 8 months, 1 still nothing I'm constantly asking for my refund and they give me an excuse after excuse after excuse this company is scam scam scam....SCAM SCAM....DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered 100% cotton leggings and got some milk/silk trash that was nothing like what was described or ordered! The site states 30 refund..that is a lie,they are offering an 8 dollar gift card instead of the 28 dollars I paid for the leggings. Scam..scam.scam.

It is a big scam they ripped me off over $100 I got no product and they will not respond to my emails

BEWARE! I wish I looked on here before buying from this site. After 3 weeks I received no tracking details or and update on my purchases. When I emailed them they said the product I want is in high demand and waiting for it to be in stock. I asked why would I be able to purchase a product that isn't available. I received a generic apology response. I emailed again at 4 weeks after purchase and received the same email as the first email I received, again not answering my questions. I sent another email saying I wanted my money back. They asked for me to be patient. I've made a claim with PayPal. This is a scam!!

I had them charge me twice over a month ago and for over 2 weeks have been prolonging refund by telling me to consider keeping my order :/ and they refuse to tell me why they charged my card a second time.
DO NOT ORDER by any means!
I’m ashamed that Facebook would allow such blatant con artists to advertise like this! Guessing our money is going to pay for the adds cause we sure aren’t getting our orders

Please note, this company is fake! I ordered a dress and got a sweater that doesn't even look like it. I've been emailing them for weeks to get my money back. After a lot of nagging, I finally got their address to send it back and it turns out to be a company in China (this is not mentioned on their site):

Returning is therefore not an option. I also get no money back for something that I have not ordered. So DON'T BUY ANYTHING!!

Clothes literally look like a halloween costume. NOT cotton, not comfy. Given the run around for returning.

Horrible... 2 months after my order... I keep emailing them, they keep lying “your orders on it way”. ... a week later I am like fix this now scammers... them: “ sorry sending by express now” .... a week later ... no order has arrived... I tell them I’m calling bulls**t
There response: “ we inspect all our orders closely, yours is in process”...seriously! ... the moment I recieved that email: I called and challenged the transaction on my credit card... 2 days later I get an email saying “they’ve canceled my order” 🙄 ... what a waste of time... horrible company ... if they even are a an actual company... 🤨

This company outright stole 100 dollars from me, compromised 2 debit cards and 2 credit cards. This is a scam!!!! In four days I have seen pop up ads on Facebook with the same merchandise with different company names. The latest incarnation is Vasehome.

I purchased a order a month ago and nothing yet, it says to contact them at support. Com and there’s no way to talk to nobody, don’t order from them it’s a scam

they want a civil and friendly tone according to the rules but that is hard to do when I have been scammed. I ordered three items. A pair of leg warmers, a pair of leggings (advertised as cotton blend) and a sweatshirt. I paid $85.05 and only got the leggings which were made of horrible thin see through nylon...not a cotton blend as pictured or stated. they are short and wide and look ridiculous. The other two items are nowhere to be found. Repeated emails asking for return info resulted in them offering me a $5 credit with the suggestion that I give the leggings to a friend...and they never even addressed the two items that were missing. I have opened a dispute with my credit card.

TERRIBLE. You may as well throw your money away. Took six weeks, and the product was like cheap Halloween costume quality. No money back, as shipping is too high to be feasible to return... but hey, they offered me a $3 gift card for my troubles. My order was over $100. Don’t waste your time or money.

I recieved my order 8 weeks after I ordered. I was shipped 5 of the same item not what I ordered and it was cheap. Hoping they will refund, I cancelled 4 times but it was shipped anyway. Very upset and disappointed.

Terrible experience. They claim to "process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!)." but after 3 weeks of not receiving mine, I decided to do some research. Everyone who comments on their Facebook page or reviews here has had the same experience - not receiving their product OR they've received a product that is defective, terrible quality, or a rip-off of some other product.

I tried contacting Linencomfy customer service, and they said the order as processing and couldn't be cancelled (despite their "30 day No-Hassle refund policy"). When I told them I am concerned about how long it is taking and the quality of the product I will be receiving, they told me bad reviews are simply "malicious competition." However, research makes it obvious that these reviews are dissatisfied customers, like me.

I will be going through PayPal in hopes of getting a refund, and I suggest you steer clear of Linencomfy. It is a waste of time and money, and you don't even know what you'll end up getting, if anything!
