I bought yarn for a knitting project from this website. After a few weeks I bought some more of the same exact yarn to complete the project, but the product that arrived was a different shade compared to the previous skeins they had sent. I tried reaching out three times: never got a single reply. Bad service.

I bought beautiful cotton yarns at a very reasonable price. They processed my order quickly and accurately. I am very grateful for their service.
Unfortunately my first order didn't go so well, it took forever for them to give my order to the shipping company so it arrived wayy beyond the promised 2-4 days and when I sent multiple emails to let me know if there are any updates or if they could check, I received no answer...
Website is very easy to navigate, shipping and delivery was quick and I received regular updates and the quality of the products is excellent. Definitely will be ordering again once I finish my current project!
I have ordered from this store multiple times and I am always impressed by their fast shipping; my most recent order was even dispatched the same evening.
However, I did run into an issue with that latest package, as it got lost during transit. I contacted customer support, and they replied by email the very next day, informing me that they had initiated a search for the package. It arrived the following business day. Their support team is excellent at resolving issues, and I highly recommend this store.

Every time I order a specific color they send another colour, first time I ordered a beige color for an t shirt yarn and the sent a grey. Then I gave another chance after a while, I ordered always a Baige colour and they sent a YELLOW, it wasn’t another shade of beige it was a Yellow yellow!!! I will not definitely order anything more!
