Over the past two months I have needed the support / assistance of the team at Linc IT.
At the outset let me say that I really am the most basic of computer user skills, so have really asked this team to go the extra mile in supporting myself and my wife.
I can not express my gratitude enough for the outstanding help and customer service that I have received.
The team at Linc IT are absolutely AWESOME !!!! and it is so incredibly refreshing to deal with a vendor that shows the level of care to customers.

Very helpful, had a good selection of referbished windows 11 desktop computers at very competitive prices.
Ask what my requirements were, monitor type, size and fittings used to ensure all worked and transferred data from the old computer to the new, instant up and running.

had an issue with my wife's samsung tablet too kit to link IT.The Lady i dealt with was very polite and helpful A technician looked at it and sorted the fault within minutes free of charge. this is the third time i have used their services and have always received fantastic services and advice. would highly recommend this company for resolution of your IT issues

Purchase of three laptop computers, each one configured to our specifications with software installed as requested. Very pleased with their professional approach and service, at a very competitive price.

I accidently updated my PC by updating the firmware and BIOS and created a problem where I lost my sound on my laptop.
I use my laptop for my study to help me progress in my career, so it is important I have this feature to listen to my training videos for college.
I contacted them by telephone in the morning, took my laptop into the shop in the afternoon and within three hours they had my laptop up and running.
I am so grateful to this company for helping me in my time of need. They are professional, efficient, polite and very helpful.

I recently purchased an excellent secondhand laptop from LincIT at a very reasonable price. I wanted to dual boot Windows 10 and Linux Mint and could not get it to work so I asked LincIT to set it up for me. They did a superb job.

Amazing service, very knowledgable, went in not knowing what kind of PC or spec we needed for him. Came out with a fabulous spec and adaptablefor changing as my son gets more experienced , they really do know what they are talking about even mended our laptop for us with in a few days, as soon as parts were available. Would not use anyone else again , will have our business for life

After several months of a slow running laptop I eventually found a spare week and entrusted it to Linc IT. They very quickly identified the problem, priced up a solution, and resolved it. It is amazing how much of a difference it makes having an up to speed laptop again!
I would highly recommended this local family business for providing a professional service.

First rate service. The staff are very friendly and helpful and were quick to find a factory fault with a stock motherboard for a new build. This was done past closing hours so I could pick the parts up the same day. Don’t think of going anywhere else.

We recently commissioned Matt at LincIT to build a computer with studio audio recording quality, which needed to be fast, quiet and reliable. We received this computer within a couple of days after placing our order. Our initial switch on produced some noise which was unacceptable for audio recording so Matt was invited to examine the fault onsite. After swapping various pieces of studio kit, the issue remained so back to the shop it went. After a short time Matt called to report his findings, which turned out to be one of our cables causing the noise issue, NOT the computer. We changed the cables and the computer is running quietly with astounding speed. We would like to express our thanks to Matt for an exceptional experience both in the speed of delivery and the customer support we received when locating a fault, which was outside the scope of his supply. This is the best customer service we have ever received and we anticipate an ongoing relationship with LincIT for all our computer needs. We would happily recommend anyone requiring computer support to give LincIT a call.

Linc It are an absolute fantastic company and we really cannot recommend them enough! We have had all our repairs done here and most importantly 3 custom built PCS, each turned around from payment within a few hours!! Our shop comes to a stand still when we hit IT issues and Matt has pulled us out the pit with his speedy service many times and we are extremely grateful!!

Just got myself a new rig from LincIT in Gainsborough, I needed a new rig for my photography that is fast at processing my photos so Mat built me a custom rig with the following components Intel Core i9, 32GB of Kingston HyperX Predator and Samsung’s epic 1TB 970 Evo Plus SSD I now have a superfast computer that is quiet as a mouse and boots up in about 15 seconds that is fast and this is after I have put all my software on, I am extremely happy with my purchase, Very professional people replied to all my messages and extremely helpful, would highly recommend Matt and the team at LincIT. As we should support our local business as well.

I was rather worried about buying a new computer, but I had no need to be as everything was made very straightforward. Lots of advice offered, listening to my requirements with no pressure selling. Once I had made my decision it was made simple as they transferred everything from my old computer in store very quickly. They also gave me helpful advice how to set up the new computer at home Would really recommend this shop. You can speak to a real person easily on the phone unlike most of the large retailers and sales advice is clear, knowledgeable and friendly.

Matt is an absolute genius he made me a fantastic website and sorted my domain and helped set up my trip advisor.
Can't recommend Linc it enough.

Wow!!! My daughter broke her phone at 8 pm 😱 I sent a message at 7.30am before they even opened and to my surprise was answered. The screen was in stock, we dropped it off at 9am and got a text 15 minutes later to say it was fixed. You cannot possibly beat that!! Price was good, communication excellent - and all round first class service on my doorstep!! Thank you *********

Matt resolved an issue with a plotter and related software that even the original developers couldn’t sort! The most friendly and approachable company I have come across, all sorted at the end of the day whilst they were very busy. Many thanks again! 100% recommended!!!
