Exceptional care and excellent service
Ms. Greefrath and the Linara team provided us with exceptional care from fall 2025 to January 2026, enabling my mother to spend her final months at home, just as she wished.
The customer service, organization, and communication were exemplary at all times. The caregivers provided were an incredible relief for us as her relatives. Unfortunately, we had experienced all three factors very differently with another service provider.
Starting with the initial (telephone) consultation, the regular home visits by Linara to my mother, and the transparent billing at all times, I felt very well advised and cared for from the very beginning.
In our case, 24-hour care was a much more cost-effective solution than placing her in a residential care facility. More importantly, it allowed us to fulfill my mother's express wish not to be “shipped off” to a care facility.
My sincere thanks go to Ms. Greefrath and the Linara team, as well as to the two caregivers, Ms. Savu and Ms. Rafaila, who accompanied us from the end of September 2025 to January 2026.
