Not from the UK as you are made to think from the website. Cheap product, only half the order arrived and accessories that did arrive were extremely poor quality. Managed to get a refund but had to go via PayPal and I had to pay return postage. Not the ‘easy return’ stated on the website. When I first approached them about missing & cheap items the reply I got said they were sorry but had no intention of fulfilling the order properly or refunding for missing items. I can tell from the courier photo the return address is someone’s house/apartment. Avoid this company.

Not actually from the UK.its from china and does not even have the linara brand written on creams, it's just pasted into the picture on the website.They show pictures that people have used the cream but it is not even there cream ,those people are using different creams from different brands -not linara
You can get it for £3-4 on ebay

Don’t waste your money on this product. Not what was advertised on the website. Cheap and nasty product. Stated it was a uk site, yet products took ages as they were coming from china. No reply when trying to get a refund

Absolute scam! Product is from china, they send a completely different product which is £3 on eBay. Cheap nasty stuff and not what it says at all!

Tried to contact them for a refund as product is not as described as it’s completely different to what the website shows and is nothing like its described and you get nothing back from them. Do not waste your money on this product.
