Perfect

Good apartment, spacious, well equipped with everything you need. Located in a convenient location, within walking distance of the old town. There are public transport stops, cafes and bars nearby. A small note, it would be good to have a place to dry clothes if there is a washing machine

Fantastic apartment

Booking was simple with access code.
Great location in Dachau old town. Fantastic spacious, well equipped apartment. Very comfortable bed and good blackout blinds so great nights sleep.

My rating ought to be 5 stars but...but ...

My rating ought to be 5 star but I have reduced the stars because of the total lack of human contact, having to fill forms and photograph documents on line in order to be able to check.in etc. But the place is very well equipped, quiet, comfortable and secure.
It is well priced.
Fantastic shower and everything you need in the kitchen EXCEPT saucepans.
Bedside lights are not good for reading in bed but it is a minor drawback. Pillows were too hard for me.
Also instructions are needed for opening the bed to get ironing stuff or extra bedding.

An absolute shambles of a booking

An absolute shambles of a booking . Barcelona . Place is amazing from pics . Zero customer service . So 3 emails sent on the day asking for early check in, all ignored . Then 3 pm still no access sent, suddenly someone replies saying that they have no info on my booking . 30 minutes of being on the street later . I get access. Stupid 8 digit code to enter . Not a soul around. Get to room 8 digit code. Room is nice but super basic , not a single cup or glass , disposable cups for coffee tots . Bed is super cheap . Mattress worse . Then tv stops working . WiFi code and access typed wrong , literally spelt out in capitals and we should guess how to access.
Not a knife not a fork not a glass not a cup. . Shower is lovely till you see old drill marks and rusting screws from its previous life . Just left like that.
It feels like a guy had good intentions and the designers set things nicely then a beam counter cut all. Shame . Zero customer service Z an app that is not really ok

Good apartment

Good apartment, one stop on the train from Amsterdam Central Station. Apartment was large, clean and everything working. Access was easy. I would stay again and also recommend to others if it is not your first visit to Amsterdam.

Superb LimeHome Linz, Schillerstraße.

I made a late booking and was able to check in immediately after the booking and registration of details.( it was after 3pm). The apartment is very spacious and elegant. All the amenities for either short term or long-term stays are provided. Feels like home. Everything (Linz city centre, restaurants, public transport, supermarkets)is within reach by walking in less than 10 minutes.

Granada Santa Ana

Granada Santa Ana - book at your own risk. I would have rated minus 5 if that were possible.
We were shocked as we did not get the correct codes to enter the building, but entered when we followed a man into the building saw that there was a construction site in the centre of the two level building taped around with dust circulating. Our room was next to this construction. We left after taking photos which we sent to them advising their call centre were not staying due to inhabitable conditions. The booking was for 3 nights but we ditched it and took our chances on another hotel that we luckily found about 10 minutes walk away. Limehome offered a pitiful one third of one night refund which we didnt receive hence we lost about $800. Our stay in Grenada was almost completely derailed. Limehome is a multinational company that scams people. I tried to upload the photos onto a review on their website and they blocked it and threatened us by uploading our personal photos of our passports as serious breach of privacy. A truly horrendous experience. Don't book there. They are a disgrace and companies like this are exploiting the local community taking money out of the country.

Wrong people to deal with

Very bad customer services , they are taking your personal data from booking.com , which is not allowed by booking.com terms and conditions. They will ask you to make selfie in order to move in. They will not let you in to the property wthout selfie!. The property is bad arranged and not cleaned. Stains on the sheets. I do not know who are all of these reviews writers , probably they write it to themself.

Great place to stay

Beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. Great communication and instructions. It has everything you need and offers great comfort.
The only thing I didn't like is the check in where you have to provide all personal information including copies of your passport or ID. It takes a lot of time plus I am concerned with the security of that information with all the security breaches happening to companies with huge IT budgets and security protocols in place...

AVOID THIS BUSINESS

I stayed at the Leipzig apartments. In the middle of my stay, the heating system started making a nonstop loud ticking sound that wouldn’t stop. I complained to them first thing in the morning. They then assured me they’d be right on top of it and even added the annoying “don’t worry.”So after a full day of work, I came back late at night to find the ticking was even worse—and no one had dropped by.

After writing to them again, they promised a 20% refund for one night. When I pointed out it was two full nights and my stay was completely disrupted, they insisted it would still be just 20% for "two nights."
Now, two weeks later, they’ve only refunded 11% of the total price and are playing games with hidden calculations instead of honoring the minimum they promised.

I wish their management would stay in a room with a loud, nonstop ticking noise near the bed, which is audible throughout the apartment, and see how they’d react. Because of such poor handling of the situation, which is actually still ongoing, I recommend avoiding this business.
