Overpriced products

Firstly - the Limbo products are great when you have an injury that has to be kept dry in the shower but also their customer service is excellent. I have personal experience of using the products and have spoken to them on the phone a couple of times and they are genuinely sincere in backing up the products. I can't speak highly enouh of the Limbo and the support given by the company .... and finally their delivery is usually next day .... Thank you Thesis Technology (Limbo).

Can’t speak for the product as a PICC line couldn’t be fitted, however the customer service was amazing. Shortly after placing an order I received a call to check measurements which were duly altered. Goods arrived next day and no quibbles when I had to return the unopened items.

So great to come out of hospital with my new knee and be able to have a shower and wash my hair straight away. Limbos don’t leak and are comfortable to wear.

A high quality product that’s made in the UK. Customer service is exceptional. Couldn’t ask for more.

Website gave good advice on sizing. Easy to purchase and quick delivery. Used after knee op successfully. Recommended to relative who needed to cover wounds on arm and leg - they were also very happy

I purchased a limbo protector for my arm following a fracture to my wrist and subsequent plaster cast application. It came the following day and I was delighted to be able to shower with confidence and a week later I travelled to Turkey where I spent alot of time in the pool due to very hot temperatures. The Limbo never leaked and despite the chlorine in the pool showed no sign of wear. I would highly recommend this product.

We were recommended by the local hospital to buy their product ahead of an operation.
It was surprising to see the massive increase in prices between those on the website and those provided as estimates by the hospital. Whilst the increased postage of 10% was possibly what could be expected from a privatised Royal Mail, the near 40% price increase for the British made product felt more like 'monopoly exploitation'.

I rang for advice before ordering to ensure I got the correct product and size. I spoke with a lovely person who took my details and sent my order. It arrived next day and was perfect.

Had a minor issue, mainly due to my failure to measure my arm, so I went by my weight. Unfortunately my PICC sleeve was a little bit too big. However, after a couple of emails and the wrong size being sent out again, I am now awaiting my new replacements after a very helpful chat with Natalie. Many thanks for your advice when I get my waterproof sleeve and I can’t wait for my Lychee a sleeve to fit me like a glove.

Amazing product , My wife finally had a shower and her leg was bone dry with the cast on , Brilliant very happy.

Didn’t know what size I needed for arm cover but lady on end of phone was extremely helpful and was posted same day , delivered next day and I was amazed at how it was easy to wear and put over cast great price

We purchased a Foot cover in January, unfortunately it did split end of March . Limbo products refunded the full amount for a replacement. Very happy with the service and product.No quibble the products are guaranteed for three months excellent.

Thank God for Limbo covers, that’s all I can say.

Fantastic product, delivered quickly. Stupidly I broke my ankle just before coming on a holiday. I love swimming and was concerned that there wouldbe no swimming. But LimbO saved the day! And I was the talk of the resort (the crazy English woman swimming with broken leg). The cast stayed dry and intact, and I could swim.

I ordered a waterproof protector for my son’s arm cast around 4:30 pm and it was delivered the next day. The product is well made and has made him fully independent in showering again, as we had been tying a plastic bag around it for him prior to this. Would highly recommend

I’ve just had a partial knee replacement and used the full leg Limbo for a shower - leg/knee stayed bone dry.
Would highly recommend.

I purchased a leg protector for my 84 year old mother so that her plaster protecting her ulcers wouldn't get wet when showering. Alas, the leg protector has proven unsuccessful!

I bought a foot protector recently from Limbo, over the phone, to cope with a bandaged foot so that I could shower more easily. This company was recommended by my podiatrist and they were indeed superb. My call was answered promptly; the product was very swiftly delivered and it worked an absolute treat. A previous protector which I had bought started leaking within a very short time. The one bought from Limbo is very well made and ensured that my dressing has stayed dry during numerous showers. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to future customers.

I have used one other product from this company before so I know the quality is excellent. I was planning ahead when I ordered a waterproof protection for my knee. Totally surprised, but delighted when it arrived the day after I placed the order. The best of service, you cannot go wrong.
