Ordered 2 pair of boots last week, absolutely loved them, quality perfect but a smidge too small.... returns is self funded only so as there Heavy boots it wouldn't of been worth it to send back so I managed to sell them on within a day, got enough funds back to repurchase the same 2 boots in the next size up so fingers crossed with a thick pair of socks these will fit like a glove 😁 happy days

Nice clothing good prices website easy to use descriptions could be a bit more detailed I ordered a jacket which in one colour it said removable fur collar but the same coat in a different colour didn’t mention if it was removable or not so I am taking a chance

Ordered off the site on 22/09/22 for delivery on the 23/09/22 it got to the 05/10/22 so I emailed lilylulu to be told they will contact Royal Mail. It is now 09/10/22 and I have just called Royal Mail to see what is going on. To be told lilylulu has not proceeded to contact Royal Mail and that my items are lost!! Am not very happy
