aduanas querrian cobrarme 50% del coste de los productos, enseguida me devolvieron todo el dinero, me prometen reenviarlos y me dejaron pagar y sacar los antiguos solo pagando las tasas...servicio muy bueno, y supuestamente van a cambiar la empresa de envios..they reacted well, when my products were stopped in customs and customs wanted to charge over 50% of the cost of the products to let them through :( they automatically issued a refund and will be resending them to me again free of charge. i was able to pay the customs and get the products also eventually although it took time and documents - apparently they are changing their shipping company.

Stay away
Hi, it seems to be their first review, well it will prevent people from buying from them. It offered me 15% discount for the first order. Order amount was £293, 15% discount is £249, they charged £266, when I tried to argue they said its a correct amount (what????). The system refused to put discount through - said I am not eligible, although I put the right code. This order was very important, it took me 3 days going backwards and forwards with the emails and I missed the deadline as it was the present for important people. Keep away! I am going to complain to trading standards, I have all of the screenshots. They tried to convince me the price has increased before i placed the order despite me having the screenshot of the price. Ridiculous!
