A great company!! Ordered several times now and received everything well and quickly!! Everything very neatly packaged, with bubble wrap, air cushions, padding and a plastic bag around the outer box to protect against rain/damage!

The customer service is also more than great!! Responding quickly and professionally and no question is too much, I really appreciate that!! They are friendly and really think along with you!

The products are always exactly what you ordered, so they check the order carefully.

I am a huge fan of IQOS and it is nice to have a reliable party that communicates well and is reliable!!

I ordered IQOS ILUMA PRIME for myself and my girlfriend. Shipping to Poland was free and my parcel was with me 3 days after ordering. The tracking number was also sent on the day of the order.
