I should NEVER NEVER NEVER have given them my email address. They send me hundreds of unwanted emails and now I have blocked them. Hitting “unsubscribe” only increased the number of emails. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Wanting ratings on all correspondense
I like their products but find it annoying that any correspondence with them at all, requires them sending a request for feedback and rating about the service rendered. They should have more trust in their employees than requiring their customers be rating them all the time.

I love Lillysilk
I love Lillysilk, the silk Pyjamas are excellent, recently I tried their knitwear too, the quality is nice and the prices as well especially if you get some discount code.
Also, their customer service is very responsive, professional, and helpful, I was surprised by their efficiency.

TERRIBLE QUALITY NOT WORTH £230.00
I purchased a king size silk duvet at at cost of £230.00 in February 2022 for a guest room bed. Its been washed three times at the most in accordance with washing instructions and washed with other silk items.
The cover is now bobbly, frayed and looks very poor quality. I have sent pictures to lily silk and they have offered me £20.00 off another purchase ! or suggesting I used a blade to remove the bobbles !!!
