Of course, we do not ignore any customer mails, but as we are having a higher volume of customer care requests during the past months, it sometimes takes a little longer.
It is correct that orders cannot be canceled after their creation, this is why we notify the customer several days before an automatic order is sent. Should an order be sent which is not needed by the customer, it can always be returned for free within 60 days after the purchase. Should you have difficulties creating your return label, do no hesitate to contact us by mail to service@lillydoo.com
Our LILLYDOO App is currently available in German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, French as we are operating in the respective countries. However, our webshop is partially available in English too, and of course our agents are happy to solve any doubts you might have about our products and services also in English language.
