Outstanding service and product
I am extremely pleased with the service I received from start to finish. The entire process, from ordering through to delivery, was professional, efficient, and hassle-free. The delivery driver was friendly, helpful, and ensured everything arrived safely.
A special mention goes to my installer, Jimmy. He was professional, punctual, and had a great sense of humour, which immediately put me at ease. His workmanship was excellent, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and advise me on the next steps. Nothing was too much trouble, and his customer service was outstanding.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a smooth, professional experience and quality installation.

The guy that built our summer house was named Sylvester. He was so hard working ,and built the summer house with precision. Very friendly ,and helpful. The first day he worked non stop. The second day he finished building a 6x4 building. We can highly recommend him. We have never had a more hard working guy before.

A totally trouble free experience. Sales lady at the show site was super helpful & knowledgeable & aided us in deciding which cabin suited our space & needs. It was delivered when promised & the chaps, having obviously built a few in the past, worked tirelessly & had it completed in a day. The packaging & offcuts, etc was all neatly stacked ready for a trip to the tip. The cabin is very solid with no hint of a creak when moving around inside. It's now fully painted & just waiting for shelving & fittings then I can move into my dream man-cave. 100% satisfied & cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks LilleVilla

My Lillevilla 365 Delight!
Delivered on time by the most gifted, competent individual. I didn't catch his name, but he managed to swing three enormous, heavy loads, over my fence, around a telegraph pole and away from overhead lines, placing all three bundles next to each other, adjacent to the concrete base and, as I later found out, in a way the made the installers job of unpacking, sorting and setting the cabin out, an absolute doddle!
Our installer, Kenny, turned up on the following Monday and spent the week with us, installing/assembling our cabin. Kenny explained each stage of the cabins assembly and it was very evident, from the start, just how fastidious and proficient he is at his job!
I am a fussy customer. I expect value for my hard earned money and carry out extensive research, doing all the necessary due diligence, prior to any major purchase, holiday, etc. I am rarely caught out and on the occasions I am, it's always been an unforeseen 'hiccup' on the part of the company I'm dealing with.
I would recommend Lillevilla's product and service from purchase, to delivery, to installation in a heartbeat and without reservation.
I now own an incredible cabin, delivered as promised and so beautifully installed. I hope that the length and detail of this review shows the level of my satisfaction and helps anyone else trying to source a similar product/company from the minefield of options currently available!
P.S. If you are buying one, ask if Kenny is available to put in together!

We are so pleased we chose Lillevilla when purchasing our log cabin. Their service is fantastic, stress free and second to none. Chloe dealt with our order with lots of enthusiasm and professionalism and told us everything we needed to know about owning a log cabin. Ben gave us superb advice on how to treat the wood and look after it for years to come. John and Tom came out to build our log cabin and they were very polite, professional crafts mans and kept us up to date at every stage of our build. If you are currently looking around and not sure who to use I would strongly advise you consider Lillevilla. We are so pleased with our log cabin it is beautiful and we cant stop looking at it! We purchased our 4m x 3m from our local Dobbies Garden Centre. The service and communication from Lillevilla was fantastic and we highly recommend this company. The cabin was delivered earlier than expected and the one man fitting team worked tirelessly and was methodical and professional in his work. The build took less than two days. After driving over to Essex just to make shure they existed we were pleasantly surprised.

Lillevilla 8 x 10 cabin
We reserved the cabin with a deposit last autumn but didn't need it till now, so very impressed the price was honoured. Delivery was quick and easy. Our installer was friendly and informative, did a good job although a few screws used were too long and show beneath the soffits. The quality of the wood in places is not perfect. Our installer had to wood filler a small part. The frame around our additional window does not match the others but it does match the doors so we are ok with that. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall very impressed with our purchase☺️

We are very sorry to see that you felt a 1-star review was warranted, and we are naturally disappointed by your experience.
From the outset, we made it clear at point of sale, in your order confirmation, and again prior to delivery, that a solid, level base is essential for the correct installation and performance of the building. Unfortunately, the base provided was not level, which can lead to the types of issues you’ve described. You also signed a waiver acknowledging your base was not suitable.
Additionally, our fitter did advise that installing a partition and door within the building was not recommended. However, we respected your wishes and completed the work to a high standard.
We do acknowledge that there was an issue with nails in the roof boards, and we accept that our communication during this time could have been better. That said, our team always aims to be helpful and professional.
We were also happy to offer a goodwill gesture in the form of compensation, which we felt was a fair and generous resolution under the circumstances.
We always strive to deliver a high level of service and support, and we regret that you feel this was not reflected in your experience.

Cabin floor issues
I was extremely distressed with my cabin and had no faith in my issues being resolved this was until I met kenny. He fixed all the issues I had and was very thorough, professional friendly and attentive . He ensured that I was kept up to date with everything he was doing and also pointed out some important facts of how to look after my cabin which I was totally unaware of ..
his knowledge and experience shines through and his customer service is above all. A Credit to yourselves for having such a professional employee

Bought one of these at the Gardeners World Live show at the NEC in June 2025. Installed at the end of 2025 by Garden Building Specialists Ltd. Great job from start to finish even in the horrible weather! Polite, professional and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Lillevilla, a fantastic product with great customer service.
We had our 6x3m building installed prior to Christmas. The installation team did a fantastic job and actually completed a day early, fuelled by bacon sarnies and strong coffee. The building comes with a tool shed and the entire structure is insulated, laminate flooring laid and adjustable door hinges. What a game changer. We cannot thank the entire team at Lillevilla enough. A great family run business who provide an excellent buying experience from start to finish.

1st Class log cabin
I was recommended Lillevilla by a friend of mines and so glad I did.It was a seamless sequence from purchasing it to the 1st class tradesman /gentleman Kenny who built it for us. It has made a massive difference to our living space and couldn't recommend Lillevilla enough compared to the other company's who are slightly cheaper but not as professional or quality materials
