Dishonest and misleading

I ordered an item from their website. When I received the item, it was not as pictured from the store or my confirmation email. I also did not receive all the items listed. When I reached out to customer service, they admitted that it "did have some misleading problem" and offered me a 10% refund or I could mail it back, but I would have to pay over $20 in shipping to send it back. They sent the wrong item, therefore I should not have to bear the cost to make it right.

LIARS! BUYERS BEWARE

LIARS! Total freaking scam. The website is illiterate, there are only four items for sale. I open the website and an image of a man with a firecracker caption 'Smeel the flowers' SMEEL??? YOU WANT ME TO SMEEL THE FLOWERS?? They also list their social medias at the bottom, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, but once you click the links, it opens you to the homepages of Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. These people were advertising through Facebook and it somehow ended up on Instagram. I feel bad for anyone who were looking to buy an actual steel tongue drum or any of the products listed. Customers are more inclined to buy since this website lists these items as on sale. This website is a massive joke. Buyers beware.
