Very good customer service and most importantly I love the cushion. It's not just another memory foam cushion but with the various options you can really adjust it to your needs. Whenever I sleep somewhere else I miss the cushion and hope Lilia makes a smaller travel version soon so I don't have to compromise on sleep when I'm somewhere else (and no, not even hotels offer cushions as nice as this). So please please please make a travel version as well so I don't suffer neck issues each time I travel. I'd be forever grateful

Lilia pillows are amazing. My husband and I bought two and each of us customized the pillow to our liking. I like mine firmer but lower, and my husband likes his softer and higher. Waking up without neck, shoulder, or back pain is wonderful. Thank you, Lilia Sleep. I highly recommend it!

The pillows arrived very well packed and protected.
They are very comfortable and when you adapt the number of layers to your sleeping position your back will be straight and you will fell asleep a lot faster. The pillows will not make miracles and make you sleep 8h straight but at least you will feel more comfortable and get asleep faster.

The pillow arrived today and I immediately tested it out during a nap. The height is absolutely perfect and it feels very comfortable. The only way this pillow could be improved for me is if it was just a tad bit firmer.

The only real downside I can think of is that the box arrived all dented and with holes like it got thrown off a hill. Not exactly ideal if you ever wanted to get it as a gift for someone.

The communication from the team at Lilia was excellent. They genuinely try to help and offer advice, ensuring you get the best product for your needs.

It’s like heaven, the first nights I slept on it I didn’t want to get up and was happy to lay down on it again. It’s very soft and comfortable, maybe not for very hard mattresses. The custom service was very nice and I would love to buy something there again, if I‘ll have the money 😉

The pillow I ordered came with four layers and after taking out three of them, I finally found the perfect height to sleep on. My partner tried the other three and the only thing he didn't like was the size of the pillow because he didn't know where to put his arms.

There was a delay in delivery but the company handled that well! I'm just happy that I finally wake up in the morning without headaches : )

Great service, quick delivery and amazing product! You can adjust the height of the pillow individually depending on your sleeping position. I used to wake up with back and neck pain but since I got the Forever pillow this never happened again.

It's a really nice pillow! But it's too soft for me!
You can modify the pillow for yourself, but unfortunately that doesn't help me either.
However, the service is perfect. These are very committed employees who care and who keep asking questions. Thank you for that!

I've tried countless pillows over the (many) years, but my Forever Pillow has been by far the best! The balance of softness and support has made all the difference to my sleep.
