Evaluating purely for customer service. Subscribers beware - the sub confirmation email was sent at 11pm and then when I contacted customer service to request a cancellation since it hasn’t shipped yet because there was no shipment confirmation email and it was just 12hrs after confirmation, they told me that it has shipped and sent me a tracking link. Tracking link had no history of shipping label and actually came up as “no results found.” They kept on telling me that it was already sent out and that was that. No returns either.
