We had our order customized to add dusk to dawn sensor but we missed that the width is not the same as the regular version, so we reached out to the support for assistance. They told us customized cannot be refunded but still assisted us since we had no use for this one. We are grateful for how everything turned out.
TERRIBLE. The only reason I was paying monthly was to get my end-of-year accounts done and now they've disappeared going into liquidation before I've had them done so what have I been paying for? I want my money back, basically been scammed, and I did not get back what I paid for.
An absolute scam! I have been paying monthly for bookeeping services and the comapny have noted that they are in financial diffuiculties and therefore cannot undertake my end of year accounts, even though the end of year falls within the timescales I have paid for.
No refund has been offered.
Marta is a real credit to the Likvido team.
It is very refreshing to meet someone who listens to what the client wants and needs then explains how their company can help them versus just trying to close a deal.
Also I cant tell how good the Likvido product is and the onboarding is world class - easy, quick, does what is says on the tin and exactly what MD's need - someone to provide financial support and have my back.
