They sent me the wrong item, a dress I’d never order.
At first they were helpful and replying quickly but every message was them trying to convince me to do an exchange or a compensation payment but I want a full refund. They kept going on about shipping times and cost and asking me to reconsider. Apparently they have an issue with their warehouse so I’d need to ship to China and they are just making it really hard work considering according to their T&Cs I do qualify for a return (don’t get me started on their returns policy, or lack of it should I say).
This all started on Friday morning, tomorrow will be the 5th day of me asking for a refund. They have told me they can only refund if I return the item at my own expense but if I do an exchange they will let me keep the dress and send me a new item at no additional cost, I mean that in itself is just ridiculous. I purchased the dress for a specific event which has now passed and I had to buy an alternative outfit so am already out of pocket (funnily enough I have since bought the dress they were meant to send me, I got it off Shein for more than £30 cheaper).
I do not trust this company or their ability to send me the correct item if I did do an exchange after seeing over 50% of the reviews all have a similar story and same ending. I also do not trust the sizing after reading reviews and trying the dress on as it’s really big on me so if I did an exchange I’d no doubt end up with an unwearable item.
I have asked for the return address to enquire on the shipping fees and they are yet to send it me and reading these reviews it looks like they wont be providing it so I will have to pursue this with my bank.
Please, take all these reviews as a warning to not use this site. They come across helpful (I mean read the replies to the reviews to see what I mean), but a company unwilling to provide a full refund and cover shipping costs for an error they made isn’t a company you want to be dealing with, especially as it seems to happen more often than it should.
In response to their response on here, you are making it nothing but difficult, there is no confusion just you breaking UK consumer laws. it’s now 5 days and I have a return address but at the cost of £20 to return a £53 dress because the UK warehouse is closed for the holidays along with the US warehouse apparently.

Ordered a package with expedited shipping. It was delivered to an incorrect location, based on delivery photos, even though I provided my correct address.
Customer service was unhelpful saying it wasn’t their fault and refused to refund me.
I never received my order and didn’t receive any help from the company.
Reported to BBB who stated the “company” wouldn’t answer their inquiry.

Absolutely Disgusting!!! Bought Christmas PJs, and paid about double the price for the exact PJs I later found on Temu!!! They are crap quality and horrible material.
Their returns policy initially reads like you can trust them and have confidence purchasing from them, but keep going. They demand photos of products, then deny you anyway.
NO NOT EVEN ENTERTAIN THE IDEA OF PURCHASING FROM HERE!!!!
They are a Scam! You'll find it on Temu or some other cheap, nasty site for a fraction of the price!

One star given as no option for zero stars. Simply do not buy from this company. Their no return policy for wrong size is totally unacceptable in a world where women’s sizes vary so greatly. Aside from their unreasonable ‘no returns’ policy, the quality of my purchase was much less than expected for the price. Extremely cheap & flimsy material with countless wrinkles (very off putting from opening the package). If this company wishes to survive in a competitive world, they need to reconsider their returns policy for a start. Very disappointed & will never buy from them again.

My experience with Like My Choice has been probably the worst consumer experience I have had and I feel compelled to share my experience. I place an order for seven items. I paid £252.44 for these. Three of the items arrived and I was told the other four were out of stock. Of the three items that arrived, one was a completely different dress and the pants were an XL instead of an S and were not as photographed on the site. Despite several emails from me Like My Choice has refused to provide me with a return address and a refund for these. In the meantime I had agreed to order replacements for the out of stock items but then sent an immediate email cancelling the replacements because I did not trust the quality or sizing of the items. Like My Choice refused to accept the cancellation even though the items had not been sent but have not refunded me for these despite many requests from me that they do so. I am owed £207.44 and I will be reporting the business to The Federal Trade Commission and The Internet Crime Complaint Center.

I ordered my dress hoping for it to arrive but when I emailed customer service I was told the dress was still in process, it describes on the website it is to be sent and delivered within 7-10 days which is already long enough. The dress should have been delivered by the 10th day, but no! They told me it was in process of getting made! What do you mean process of getting made still?..... customer service was like talking to a brick wall once I asked for my refund, luckily I disputed with my bank who has refunded me! Don't use this company, I wish I read the reviews prior to making ant orders!

After waiting a completo of weeks , I was informed that my product was still unavailable. I decided to request a cancellation, and to my surprise, the refund was processed the very next day. Even though I didn’t receive the item, I appreciate the quick response and efficient refund process.

I placed an order with LikeMyChoice and requested cancellation on 12/11/2025, before the order was processed. Despite this, the item was still shipped.
Customer service refused both a return and a full refund, offering only a partial discount instead. This is not an acceptable resolution.
The company hides behind its “internal policies” instead of addressing a legitimate request made on time.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend.

The company have been in touch with me after I left a review in August offering me a 30% refund on my order on the condition I changed my previous review.
After much negotiation they have offered me a refund of 40% after I have changed my review.

What followed was weeks of wasted time exchanging emails. Instead of honoring a proper return and refund, customer service repeatedly offered vague “compensation” without ever giving clear details. After I left my review, they finally offered a 25% refund—still far short of what I am entitled to under consumer law—and even asked me to reconsider and update my review. This is unacceptable.

Star — TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE — 3 Months of Excuses, Wrong Items, and Still No Refund
This company is an absolute nightmare. We are now going into three months of constant back-and-forth over an order that arrived 21 days late despite their policy stating 6–10 days.
When it finally arrived, one dress was completely the wrong item and the other was faulty. After dragging this out for months, they eventually admitted both issues — yet they still refuse to refund the £96 I am legally owed.
Instead, they are now trying to change the refund amount by claiming there was a 15% discount, something that was never shown at checkout and for which they have provided absolutely no proof. It feels like they are making up numbers to avoid paying back what they owe.
To make matters worse, they are insisting I send everything back to China because their UK warehouse is “conveniently” out of action — even though they advertise UK returns. This is clearly another tactic to make returns expensive and difficult so customers give up.
Offering a 15% refund or suggesting an exchange is NOT helpful when the entire order was wrong, faulty, and terrible quality.
This company has wasted my time, ignored their own policies, avoided accountability, and is now refusing to refund the correct amount.
TERRIBLE quality.
TERRIBLE customer service.
TERRIBLE excuses.
Avoid this company at all costs.
