Ordered in Jan, waited for a month for them to say could not fulfil, liar, dishonest and possibly scam. Refund processed 3 weeks ago with the time line they gave for 10 working days, response to email its done from our end, opened a claim with Visa to claim money - refunds don't take that long as they think consumers are idiots, little they know they are slowly killing there own business by offering this customer service, dishonest, fake and scam company - hold on to your money as long as possible - AVOID

I placed an order for light on the 21 January, i have not received it. I tried so many times to contact the company, the customer service is abysmal. Eventually after a few days i receive an apologetic email from them. When i requested a refund they claimed they processed a refund on 8 march - almost 15 days ago. I have now contacted Amex and raised a formal complaint, they said they are going to claim a charge back from Light trend. Shame as i really liked the light i was supposed to receive....

Please avoid this company at all costs. I ignored the one star reviews at my peril - DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.

I ordered two lights from them. One, the expensive chandelier, never arrived. Despite promise of a refund it did not materialise. The second light I sent back as the quality was poor. Despite confirmation they had received the light and would be processing a refund, you’ll be surprised to hear that didn’t arrive either.

I then raised a dispute with my credit card company to claim the money back which they are challenging. Undoubtedly I will get my money back eventually as correspondence from them demonstrates they’re at fault - but it’s been dragging on for months now.

Please save yourself the headache, and avoid like the plague.

We recently purchased a chandelier for our dining room and couldn’t be happier with how it looks. The quality is excellent and it’s really become the centrepiece of the room – everyone comments on it when they visit.

The ordering process was straightforward and delivery was quicker than expected. Everything arrived well packaged and the installation instructions were clear.

Overall a really positive experience and we’d definitely consider buying from them again in the future.

I have yet to receive any response from the company regarding my order – no emails or calls. This is my second review of this company, following their bold, unprecedented reply to my first review, which they edited. PLEASE LIGHT TREND - the least you can do is to refund me the money.

Couldnt fault the service and the light is beautiful , 10/10 services will definitely be using in the future.

Ordered numerous amount of lights on 5th October for part of our delivery to only arrive today, 15th December, after being told numerous times they would have arrived before now. We have an electrician waiting on these arriving.
Yes we got a refund of £100 but do not advertise 7-21 day postage.
The lights we ordered are meant to be marble and look white and black, however, when they have arrived they look nothing like what was advertised. I know it will be because they are a natural material etc but they look NOTHING like advertised.
Really disappointing and won’t be using this company again

Very bad experience with this service. Recently I moved houses and order thousand of item from online. I received them straight way but unfortunately my from light trend I order two chandelier but nothing it’s been 3 weeks but no email for tracing the item and no clear instruction. After back and forth contacting with them they not even informing anything about my order. They keep giving me excuse the delivery can’t locate my item. Such a dishonest company I had been experience in my life. Uncertainty to get my item or my money back. Never ever buy anything from this company.
