Lamp delivered was defective and replacement lamp was delivered three days after I contacted Light Shopping ny email. One cannot have better service than Light Service provided. Repalcement lamp is very satisfactory solution to need.

I have received goods in well protected cardboard package and I am very satisfied with the product. I would only complain about light fixture general assembly instruction Vistosi provides in the box. When I wanted to download additional information at portal.vistosi.it the system requested registration.

I ordered 3 lamps from Lightshopping.
2 were in stock and 1 would be shipped 2 weeks later . The 2 lamps arrived about a week later . The last one was delayed and was shipped a week later than planned. Which was still fine but when I received the package I was shocked because there was a internet radio in an Amazon packaging. No Lamp. I immediately contacted Lightshopping and told them about the incidence, I was told that they are going to check this case and that they would contact me immediately. Next week after not getting any response I had to call them again and they still weren't sure if their warehouse or the courier made the mistake. After a couple more calls all initiated by me I was told that on the next Monday I would get the lamp shipped either by the courier or a new delivery by Lightshopping. So the next Monday I had to call again but it seems like they had forgotten . As I had enough of this charade after 6 weeks of placing the order I requested a refund. I told them that I would only wait a bit longer if I get a compensation otherwise I would cancel the remaining order. They cancelled . They take no responsibility and blame everything on others. No customer care. Just bad never again

I am still having the worst experience ever.

I have ordered a LAMPE PIVOTANTE of NEMO on 20 November 2021 and still today (27 of January 2022) haven’t received the product. When I purchased the product it was mentioned that it will take 3/4 weeks to ship… obviously this is not the case..

Custome service is awful. They reply after 10 days and never with a precise date of shipping.

This is super frustrating.
