I would give this company 0 stars

I would give this company 0 stars. I ordered a flush mount chandelier and it came damaged. The company states on their website that they have an easy returns process. I have been trying to reach them for weeks via phone, email and chat box with no response. Now I am stuck with a damaged item that I can't use.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered from them nearly 2 months ago. They contracted the delivery to some sort of Amazon service who delivered it to the wrong address. I have emailed them 7 times. They responded twice telling me to look around my property for the package. The photo the delivery service used to confirm delivery shows it's not my house. I have called them, it only goes to voicemail. They have stopped responding to all of my emails. I have asked for a refund, no response. I'm pretty sure this is a sham company.

I do not recommend ordering from this company. Stay away. You've been warned.

Company will not honor return requests

I ordered Heath Zenith Security lights and I received security lights from a company by the name of Globe. I called customer service and got the runaround. I sent two emails with no response. Please do not order from this company because if you want to return the item they really don't want you to return it. You've been warned!

I ordered 4 lights and only received…

I ordered 4 lights and only received one. I emailed, I called, I sent a Facebook messenger for three days before somebody finally answered the phone. Customer service is awful. The lights are overpriced. I paid more for one with this company and I got four on Amazon for less. I do not recommend ordering anything from here.

I realized I could get a better deal…

I realized I could get a better deal elsewhere, so I tried repeatedly to cancel the order within minutes of placing it - but your online cancellation process wouldn't go through. So I emailed and explained the situation, but was told I had to be home when the package was delivered in order to not accept it - really difficult to be home when you have no idea when it's being delivered. Apparently that's the only way to get a full refund and we missed the delivery, so I'm stuck with the lights.

Bought solar lights, charged me more and came in Amazon prime box

Bought some solar pathway lights from them specifically because I didn’t want to order from Amazon. It was about $20 more through them than Amazon, but I have sworn off Amazon so I tried another company. Lights showed up in an Amazon box with the receipt showing the $20 less than what I paid receipt. They just ordered the lights from amazon to my address and charged me extra to do that. I contacted them and no response. Very disappointing, don’t order from them!

I would not recommend this company

I would not recommend this company. I ordered a set of two wall sconces, and unfortunately, one of them does not work. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company through both email and phone, but have received no response.

Another concern is that although I ordered directly from “Lightdaddy,” the package arrived within a couple of days in an Amazon box from an Amazon delivery driver. This raised questions about whether the product was fulfilled through a third party or reseller, and made the overall purchasing experience feel unclear and somewhat misleading.

At this point, I am disappointed not only in the quality of the product but also in the lack of customer service and communication. I hope that after seeing this review, the company will make an effort to respond and resolve the issue.

Nothing in particular

Nothing in particular. I seldom rate using all stars available; it’s a habit I guess. All the products I requested were shipped quickly to me. For some reason I was not able to seat the LED properly into the sockets of our older vanity fixtures; the HID bulbs fit ok.

I found exactly what I was looking for

I found exactly what I was looking for, I wanted a rechargeable LED light that I could clip on my second monitor. The light works really well. It’s got several brightness settings. The rechargeable battery lasts quite a long time before needing to be charged again. I couldn’t be happier.

H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E

My order was never fulfilled, then suddenly my order was refunded without explanation. Nobody answers phone calls. Nobody answers emails. Nobody comes to the chat feature. H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E customer service. Save your money and spend it with a company who actually values your business.

shop somewhere else

I purchased the GooingTop LED Grow Light - 6000K Full Spectrum Clip Lamp, Dimmable, Auto Timer, Black, Model HY-021 in late December. It failed in February, even though it was plugged into a surge protected power strip. 2 months. I tried contacting LightsDaddy 3 times but never got a response until I posted a negative review on Judgeme. Then they emailed me, saying they would try to help me but spent more lines asking me to remove my review. A week later, they emailed and said they would not help after all, that their alleged warranty lasts a whopping 15 days, so no replacement, no refund, just sorry we can't help you. I suggest shopping elsewhere.

The product provided did not match the description. Wrote email requesting a process for return -- no response. Made two phone calls and left voicemail -- no response. Tried using the chat function on the website -- no response. Appears to be a fraudulent company.
