Great product and price. Only problem was my order got lost in the system and if i hadn't chased it would probably still be there. On the plus side, when i brought it to their attention, it was dealt with immediately.

well, given led's are fairly new to the market the explanation on dimmable LED's needs to be far far better than it is on this (or frankly any other) websites. You just cannot use dimmable led's with older style dimmer switches. The site states you can use these with "most but not all" dimmer switches. I'd suggest the wording should be "virtually none".

The technical detail is that most older dimmer switches are "leading edge" dimmers. Generally they need a minimum of 40w or sometimes 25 w to make them work. My light fitting with 5*40w bulbs was fine, but replace with 5* 3w LED Bulbs - doesn't work! You need "trailing edge" dimmers for LEDS (but even then you need a minimum load of 10w) These are more expensive generally and whilest you might have one,most houses will have the cheaper type.

This should be made clear to people rather than leaving them to find out the hard way :-(

Great prices, very easy and informative web site and fabulous customer service. Don't hesitate to throw all your old bulbs away and upgrade to LED's.

I know the LED lights will be satisfactory when I have time to fit them.

Had initial issue with a bulb that only lasted a day (not LightRabbits fault), and they are sending replacement without having to send old one back. Customer service over email has been great.

Ordered bulbs to value of £109. Account debited on day of order. Waited 5 days - nothing.
Phoned - recorded message telling me to e-mail.
E-mailed; swift response, apologising - out of stock. Website not able to show items as out of stock. Advised could phone to speak direct - again phone number given just gives recorded message inviting you to e-mail.
E-mailed cancelling order - now hoping I will get my money back promptly!

Easy to find the right bulbs quickly delivered sadly the free Led torch was not sent as promised on the website. The bulbs are very good.
