Worst firm ever, unhelpful and poor quality.

Worst firm ever! I received two dresses, cheap, nasty material. One of the dresses is covered in stains and the other is falling apart at the seams. I have raised my concerns with the company and have been frequently in touch regarding returning these faulty items but seem to be getting no where and have been told that the stains were part of the dresses pattern. This is clearly not true. The returns policy states that for faulty items a returns label will be provided, however this is proving impossible.

When trying to resolve this issue, the responses from LightInTheBox are impossible and they keep asking for further information despite having all necessary information. This feels like an attempt to stop me from returning this item. Since the cost of this order was £64, I feel I’m owed this amount back due to the shawdy quality. For this reason I will not be ordering from this company again and would advise anyone to be weary in doing so.

I would appreciate someone getting back to me with the aim of resolving this issue.

I purchased mechanal pocket watch using…

I purchased mechanal pocket watch using Paypay as payment method. The watch never worked and the instructions to received a "TICKET" failed each time that I tried. The date of purchase would be near enough as I've mislead the invoice.

They are money grabbers in my option.

I would not use this company ever

I would not use this company ever. The service is not good.
I had 3 orders with them and delivery was ended up being 9 weeks. When goods arrived they were poor quantity. I asked to return them but refund but have heard nothing from them. One order I cancelled as delivery was ridiculous and still no refund.
I have lost over £70 with them and still no refund on how to rerun goods.
I sent countless emails and want this resolved
Don’t touch them ever.
