Useless product and customer services!

Ordered an ambient light kit in October which arrived faulty as it simply did not turn on following install. Contacted the customer service who do reply quickly but it doesnt feel like English is their first language. After a lot of backwards and forwards I requested two replacement parts we narrowed down could potentially be the problem. Waited another 3 weeks for replacement parts to arrive and found only one was sent which also did not fix the problem. Contacted them and they insisted they sent both which they did not. Advised me that they would send the other part so I waited another 4 weeks as it was over Christmas, when I didnt receive it I Contacted again to be told it hasn't been sent as they are querying with the logistics company to find the original part that was sent. Another month later they still havent posted a replacement and simply reply please be patient. Absolute useless company avoid at all costs!

Worst company I've ever dealt with

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Took months to get my product so they offered a $20 refund that I never got then after finally receiving the product UPS sent me a customs duty charge invoice of $18.50. 23 emails later they still haven't reimbursed me for the customs fee's that by their own admission they are obliged to pay. I've gotten exactly $0 of the $38.50 they owe me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...

Same experience as the other reviewer

Same experience as the other reviewer. Extremely slow customer service (I'm still waiting for a response) and shipping times. I thought I was safe because the product came with recommendations on Reddit from actual users but apparently the sellers has completely lost the ball on this. Now I'm fighting to get my money back.

Disappointing experience with this product and seller. Missing item, poor customer service, and lengthy shipping.

I purchased the full kit back in February of 2024, but it was missing an item. I immediately informed the seller, but unfortunately, over four months later, I still have not received the missing parts. Despite numerous emails and messages on Instagram, the seller either promises to send the missing item without following through or completely ignores my messages.

Regarding the product itself, it works adequately, but the app is quite clunky. The video instructions are challenging to follow as they are lengthy and the product differs slightly from what is shown in the video. The overall customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this seller or their product.

In addition, the shipping process took an exceptionally long time, further adding to the frustration of the overall experience.
