Poor Quality, Return process non existent
My order took forever to arrive, and when it did the item was of poor quality. First I requested to return but got offered a 10% refund to keep the item, which I didn't accepted, then I was offered a 30% discount to keep, if not I would have to go through a lengthy process of sending images and emails to return the product.
I will never use this company again and recommend to avoid at all cost.
I only wished I read Trustpilot reviews before ordering.

I agree with the others that 1 start is too much. Ordered nearly a month ago and still don’t have my item which was supposed to be a Christmas present. Emailed repeated through their website and direct from my email. Took 4 days to respond to actually tell me nothing. My status hasn’t changed in weeks. Don’t waste your money here.

One star is too much! I placed an order, tracking was sent out it didn’t move for 2 weeks. I asked for a refund as I no longer would need the items for the time it’s taken and they continued to send the. Waste of time and money and I will now have to return the items if and when the eventually arrive! Not happy at all!

Shame cannot give minus star for review . My order number 75099700 I ordered a wet suit top for open water swimming. Product arrived but quality was extremely poor. Contacted LightinTheBox immediately, so now they want photos, which won't show quality and if I want a refund I have to return to their warehouse in Asia at my cost!
On their website it does not state the warehouse is in Asia, makes it appear to be in the UK.
Avoid completely; I will never use again. Customer service minus 0. I will not use them again.

I ordered a pair of shoes - they arrived in good time and are actually quite nice.
However the shoes are far too small - I have tried to return them but I cannot return them because they are classified as "made to order".
I can't even exchange them for the same reason. Apparently it was in the T&Cs!
They were not made to order and they cost £60 plus shipping costs on top!
Feels like I have been scammed.

Terrible company to deal with. Any clothes from China is going to be cheaply made and never the same as what’s advertised.
I ordered leggings which were too small. They gave me a discount on it as the issue was with their sizing.
I then ordered 2 more in a bigger size and the design and pattern was different to what’s on the Website. Now they want me to pay £25 to return the items back to China, why when this is all their fault. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY’VE stolen my money.

Please don't buy from this company. It is a complete con. The clothes are badly made, and the colours are completely different from those shown on the website. Delivery is slow, and cost me over £7 for four thin dresses. Although all were the same size, two of the dresses were too small. Finding out how to return items within their 7 day return period is extremely difficult, and you can either have a 20% discount off your next order, or a 10% cash discount on the one you want to return. If you want to actually return the items for a full refund you are warned that this can cost you up to $40 in postage. Also, if the item doesn't fit, you have to prove you are not to blame by following a complicated measuring procedure and sending photos. How this can be justified when dresses marked as the same size come in different 'sizes' is incomprehensible to me. There was no mention of why the colours were completely different from the photos on the website eg a muddy red/brown colour instead of the dusky pink shown in the photo. Usually this alone is a valid reason for a return with all reputable companies. This is an unpleasant company, and I'm not sure how they can get away this behaviour. 2nd Review - Yes, I gave them a second chance. Bought a cute t-shirt (real cheap) and I wear a 2xl and thought I'd buy a 5xl to make sure it fit. After all it did say it was 55" across. Guess what?! Too small. Not going to contact them on this because it was cheap and it's not worth the trouble. They won't get a 3rd chance with me.
1st Review - (they gave me a full refund after seeing my review) Overpriced Junk - I bought a dress that turned out be to extremely low quality, I knew I was taking a chance buying from this china based company. The cost with s/h was approx. $30.00. To return it would have cost me approx. $40.00. After about 15 emails to and from, they gave me $16.00 back. They really wanted me to jump through some hoops to prove I had the dress. I did not have to return the dress, but I would not wear it either. It didn't fit for one thing (in the body yes, in the shoulders and arms - no) and it's so low quality it looks like I made it myself and I can't sew. I got rid of the dress and I can't find it on their site now or I would provide pictures.

Only giving 1 star because I have to. Worst customer service experience ever.
I bought 2 bike lights and I was very unhappy with the quality. One was faulty out of the box. I reached out to them for a refund and after obliging their request for photos and videos of the issue I waited weeks before chasing them for a response. The last email I received refused my request for a refund and their idea of a resolution was to send me the screws so I could repair the item myself. Seriously!!
There response time is very slow, despite saying they will respond in 24-48 hours and I only receive a response if I chase it. I think they are hoping the dispute will eventually be forgotten or try and string it out for so long that a Paypal resolution is no longer possible.

Very poor customer service and poor returns policy only for PayPal I would say I would have struggled to get issue solved.I will not be using them again will stick with local/ Uk/ European Union countries, might be slightly more expensive in some cases not all cases .
Returns easier also less expensive and in a lot cases free and most of all support local economy and workers.I finally learned my lesson will do more research before buying in future ie. who company are, we’re they are and all costs and policy’s.and check TrustPiolet
