Bad service and customer service
I’m very disappointed with my experience at this tailoring shop. I brought in two pairs of jeans to be resized at the waist and a top to have the straps adjusted. Although the waist size itself was reduced, the way it was done was simply by folding and sewing the waistband, which created a noticeable bump right on my hip bone and made the jeans uncomfortable to wear.
Because of this, I had to bring the jeans back to be redone. When I returned, the lady at the counter insisted that I had not paid for the service, even though I had already paid $59.12 for the jeans alterations. I had to search through my credit card charges to prove that the payment had already been made.
Unfortunately, the top also had to be redone because the straps were not adjusted properly the first time. Throughout the process, I felt that my concerns were not really listened to. What was most upsetting was being spoken to very aggressively and even yelled at in front of my child while trying to resolve the situation.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the quality of the work and the way the situation was handled left me very disappointed.
