Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. I needed to return a light and they have never finished creating my return label. I can’t post it back! I tried to contact them but you have to fill a return form including batch number of the item which I cannot find, therefore I can’t send the form. You can’t call them coz the number is foreign!
Please help I’m absolutely stuck. What a mistake was that to order with them.

Delivery was slower than advertised and box was huge compared to the item inside and the bulbs are smaller than expected which lost a star. Otherwise they are nice lights. Got ones with a remote but it’s pretty useless unless you are right by the plug.

After buying some outdoor festoon…
After buying some outdoor festoon lights ,left them out for the winter,the bulbs filled with water !On contacting them really easy to deal with said only ip44 rated so should not be left out all the time in an exposed site ..
But apologised and gave a full refund .If only all companies were this easy to deal with.

Ordered 23th April, Paid the extra for 2-3 business days delivery, now May 6, tracking status has not changed since 23rd April, Customer Services via email are really bad, had 2 responses saying the same thing, they are not interested, they have my money and I want a refund. I only wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
