We ordered EM LED 2x2 lights

We ordered EM LED 2x2 lights. The delivery was on time but 4 of the lights were damaged. They were great with customer service. We we're able to resolve the issue in a timely and reasonable manner. We are happy with the product and the customer service. We will be ordering from them again in the very near future.

8” domes for centerpieces

Ethan was very accommodating and patient. We are event decorators and needed to order one dome to see if it would work for our design. It was sent right away and it works beautifully for our centerpiece design. We are going to order 35 of them. Need to find out if there is a bulk order pricing.

patience is a virtue!!! shipping is long, but not too long ( a week - week 1/2) I only bring that up becuase they give no choice on price or length

a discount or more specifically free shipping for large (high value) orders, many other companies do it (just a suggestion) maybe keep up with the times, but with that said they are the only ones I found with what I needed in bulk, even though I gave a three star I was semi- satisfied overall

Refund request

I have sent in a photo and requested a refund. I have heard nothing back. The earlier globe I purchased 2 months ago is not holding up well to the sun.

I Went to there location

I Went to there location, front conunter guy told me if a i do an online order they will pull my order right away. Walked me thru it, pulled my order and had a very smooth transaction. Products were high quality. A+++
