They have a terrible rating for a reason

I bought a dive light set-up for the gopro, around £250-300. I was initially happy with the purchase but on the second time using it one of the lights had stopped working. After a very long time I managed to get a response to an email for a repair (product was within warranty). I was given an address in Poland to return the item to. After two months of it sitting in a Polish post office undelivered it was returned to me.

I see them curently advertising their products on Facebook and people need to be warned. They're not a good company. Their products are weak and their business practice is poor.

Their low Trustpilot rating is deserved. Save up a bit extra and buy from a real diving company that cares about it's products and customers.

It is a SCAM!

It is a SCAM, avoid these website!!! They stolen 400€ from me, I paid feb 2022 and didnt hear from them since.

Good prices, non-existant service

I bought a 2XML light from them a couple of years ago and it's been an excellent buy. Had no trouble at all with it and it's still very bright. So, they were my first choice when I needed a video light set.
14 months later, 2 of the 4 butterfly clips have cracks and one has shattered. Customer service entirely non-responsive 10 days after submitting a ticket.
Embarrassingly, based on the quality of the original light, I've recommended them to loads of people. Big mistake which won't happen again.

Company now defunct?

Light-for-me make excellent lights. Alas they've gone to the dogs in the past 5 years. Their service, as in repairs, are just non-responsive. Managed to get a torch battery repaired in 11 months! A cable replacement took 6 months!

They seem to have got worse since. Completely ignore any attempt to contact them. Seems that the lights are on (as in the websites are up and running) but there's nobody at home.

Avoid.

Reported to Credit Card issuer as Fraudulent or Unfulfilled Order after 5 months of no order and no response.

Folks, make your own decision but I don't know why they are advertising still when not delivering orders six months after taking payment.
Are they still trading, shipping, fulfilling orders or simply now just taking money from customers but not delivering? Are they simply just terrible at customer service or is there another motive?
Six months of wasted time. Ordered a set in September (2021). Mostly no response to emails (other than to say that their terms were up to 14 days to ship). In October told that components had now arrived and my order was in first batch of 10 to be built and shipped. Then no response till November - they would look into the delay and reply. Then NOTHING to many emails. Informed them in early January that we were reporting them to Credit Card company as Fraudulent or Unfulfilled Order. No response. Visa refunded money mid Feb,

Light for Me never again

Light for Me aka TECDIVING Sp. z o.o. is the worst company in diving equiment. They do not respond on emails, service tickets .. nothing. You will just waste your time and money.

I have paid 660 euro and I see Payment…

I have paid 660 euro and I see Payment Accepted status on the website but they do nothing, after 40 days they still don't sent me my torch or response to my questions.
It is a SCAM, avoid these website!!!
