I ordered my product in August 2025 and it never came. I emailed multiple times with no response. Very displeased with this company .

Worst customer service, my package never arrived. They didn’t want to give me a refund they just kept sending me the tracking number. The tracking said it arrived but I never receiving it. I would not trust this company they kept telling me to wait in the package.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SCAM YOU! We ordered at Christmas time and have yet to receive it. They send a fake tracking that goes nowhere. Do not order.

It has now been 68 days since I ordered a weight belt from this company as a Christmas present for my grandson. This will be another of the reviews I have already left about his company.

I have not received the product and even tho I have several e-mails from them that my refund is issued I have received no product and no refund.
This company is a huge SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I can assure you the good reviews on ere are FAKE! I used a debit card (lesson learned there) and I have filed a fraud claim with Visa and they are attempting to force this company to refund my $149.95.

Don’t trust the positive reviews. They’ll take your money and you’ll never receive anything. It’s been more than 2 months since my order, and they give you a run around when you email them.

I ordered a lifting belt on Dec 17 2024 and it is Jan 17 and the belt has not arrived and there is no information on the shipping status. For the past several weeks its “ In Transit”, but no specifics on where it is. I have emailed the company through Shop requesting a refund, but no response. Highly suspect. Dissappointing and a refund is warranted.

Well was confused in the started and waited for long than after 20 22 days i got this belt and it really is amazing. Waiting is good because quality is best.

Initially, I gave this company 1 star, left a bad review, and was pissed. I thought I had been scammed. Didn't know that it was being made in China. The tracking number couldn't be tracked, emailed to check on my order a few weeks after I had had contact with someone by email already. Didn't get a second response for many, many days. Figured at that point my money was gone.

Fast forward to today, almost 2 months since the order was placed, my belt came in. It's absolutely amazing. Very, very happy with the quality of it. I had to come back to make this right, and apologize to the company for the bad review I left weeks ago. I have since erased that response.

I ordered a custom belt with my name printed on the back and my logo on the lever for just $150, and it turned out amazing. The quality is top notch, and the customization adds such a personal touch. Worth every penny for something so unique and well made. Highly recommended!!

I ordered this belt over a week ago and according to the shop app, it hasn’t even been dispatched yet. Was really looking forward to using the belt this week, they are expensive and money is earned through grafting. Unhappy so far with customer service. I have sent 2 messages and have had no reply on the status of the order.

Update: roughly 3 hours after posting my poor review the company finally got back to me and said it would arrive between 8-12 days. It has been 16 days with still no arrival. I want my belt!
