replacement cover
I ordered a replacement cover and was informed that they are custom made so it would take a few weeks. Once it arrived I was happy to see it fit perfectly and wasn’t as heavy as the old one.

Your spa ships in less than a week. Currently, it is in transit to your local freight station (and you should have received tracking already). Once the local station has the spa ready for delivery, they will call you schedule the appointment!

Parts for an older spa were not available on their site but they contacted the manufacturer and sourced the part for me. That's above and beyond and demonstrates their dedication to service.
