I love the old formula. Will not order new formula again. This company has a tendance to ruin a good thing.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Carol. Thank you for being a loyal customer since 2009. It's wonderful to see BioDeodorizer Refill getting more love from our customers. We're sorry this batch of the BioDeodorizer Refill isn't meeting your expectations the way the previous one did. Please reach out to our care team and they'd be happy to help find what works best for you. We're committed to making this right.

This is the best thing I’ve found to remove the dog smell after my two go swimming and decide to come inside and roll around on the carpet and furniture.
