All the contact that we had with the at LifeRich publishing was respectful, considerate, and professional. I was dealing with a great number of departments and people which was a bit overwhelming at times. Some of my requests were overlooked and needed reminding which I found frustrating. I was disappointed that the initial proof of the interior of the book was not aligned with the book cover, which had already been agreed on. There were some time-consuming glitches, but in the final run, doing a re-submission was completed quickly and to our satisfaction. We are glad to now have the complimentary hardcover and 40 softcover books in our hands. The line edit done by Cynthia W was particularly helpful for the development of our book. Thank you!

I had a lot of help & information during my process of getting my first book published. Lot of good, qualified people working for LifeRich Publishing.

Overall great service. However, the rep who first contacted me about my free books apparently left the company and no one picked up my account until I finally inquired. Also, I signed up a year ago and not yet received my free subscription to Readers Digest.

Their turn around was quick. They were very professional.

I was very pleased with my involvement with Liferich with just a minor hick-up. I had asked for two dozen paperback copies and received exactly eleven copies, not enough to provide for my commitments, but not a disaster. The sketches I sent were not used, but a last minute photo is serving very well. I was very disappointed that they did not include the dedication page to honor a very good friend that proofread my first printout.

Exasperated beyond belief by my account rep. who was either lazy and totally incompetent or purposely counterproductive. I lost a year and nearly my sanity before having to get others involved, at many stages, to complete the work. Others in the company were super helpful when finally employed. Thanks to those people. I considered canceling my contract and forfeiting the money paid a few times, just to stop the misery.

The five stars do not mean everything was excellent throughout my book's process. However, considering how difficult and tough times during this time, how much efforts the team made to deliver my book, which convinced me to give them those stars to show my appreciation for their hard work, they deserve.

I valued my association with Liferich as they were very honest and straight forward. They always returned my calls when I had a question and they answered in an expedient time. The artists they use for the cover designs are exceptionally good. I have published four books through Liferich and highly recommend them to any new writer.
