Extremely poor experience with Life Residential.

I reported a major leak that left my flat uninhabitable, with a soaked carpet left in place for two weeks. No urgency, no proper resolution, and minimal communication throughout. Even after replacement, the smell was so bad I couldn’t properly live in the flat.

Repeated requests for inspections and updates were ignored. They are quick to chase rent but ineffective at resolving serious issues. Despite the situation, they escalated rent collection while I was unable to occupy the property.

Overall, highly unresponsive and only proactive when it comes to collecting money.

I met Breje, my property manager, in person today. She was friendly and professional, and everything was handled smoothly. Looking forward to working with her.

Life residential have been great since we started renting one of their properties over 2 years ago. They have supported us throughout with contract renewals and making sure any problems within our flats are resolved ASAP. Our property manager Breje is great and always professional. She's always quick to answer any questions we have.

Zoe Zenonos has been a fantastic property manager for my flat. She is professional, reliable, and always willing to help. Her support has made managing the property incredibly easy.

Have been with Life Residential in current tenancy for 3 years. No issues at all. Sophie Kaur specifically has always maintained very efficient communication. Any issues raised such as repairs or maintenance are dealt with immediately. All communications are very professional

Last year, I experienced some difficulty obtaining certain accounting documents despite having written to the person handling the accounts, but I did not receive an immediate response. When I contacted Leilani Drummey, Senior Property Manager at Life Residential Nine Elms, she promptly stepped in and resolved the matter.

Again last month, the person responsible for handling the accounts had left the company, and we had not been informed of this change. I once again reached out to Leilani, and she responded promptly and assisted me with my request.

I contacted her because I knew she would respond quickly and provide the necessary support. Thank you, Leilani, for your professionalism and assistance.

Friendly staff and quick response time. Rented a property from them for 2 years and did not have any issues, Sophie Kaur was always around to help.

Well I had some issues that we brought to the notice of Rosita and she promised to help. She did. She resolved the issue to us and explained what had happened. She is a real gem at life residential . Always responds to any email we send her and sorts the issues out. Thank you Rosita

We rented a lovely property with Life Residential, with Zoe Zenonos as our primary contact. Zoe was super responsive and quick to resolve issues. When she came to do inspections, she was friendly and as minimally intrusive as possible which was really appreciated while I was working from home. I'm with Life for more than 8 years with all my properties portfolio in London, Adam Fletcher and Lok Chan are the among the best of all property manager and desk lead.

Our property manager, Gerda, has been doing a great job. We've noticed that the Life Residential service has improved over the last few years (or we're just lucky with our new managers), so I'm happy to give 5 stars and thanks to Gerda!

I had the pleasure of having Sophie Kaur as my property manager for a good number of years during the time I rented my previous flat, and I can confidently say she was excellent throughout.

Sophie was always professional, responsive, and extremely helpful whenever anything was needed. Whether it was routine communication, organising maintenance, or answering questions, she handled everything efficiently and with a positive attitude. It was clear she genuinely cared about ensuring the property was well managed and that tenants were looked after.

Over the years she proved to be reliable, approachable, and proactive, which made the whole renting experience far smoother and more enjoyable. Any issues were dealt with promptly, and communication was always clear and straightforward.

I would highly recommend Sophie to anyone looking for a property manager who is organised, professional, and easy to work with. She was a pleasure to deal with for many years.

This company has managed property for us for more than 15 years with excellent support including regular updates on bills payments repair etc. It checked the condition of flats during tenancy aand at the end of tenancy to get the ideal result for landlords. Zoe Zenonos my current agent in Canary wharf, responds very quickly and looks after us very professionally.

After finishing my one year rental contract last year I paid 250 pounds for my 2 bed to be professionally cleaned (with evidence) and I was charges 3,500 as they found the apartment "very uncleaned". (SPOILER ALERT: They do that to everyone it's a scam). Not to even mention I was charged extra 3 weeks for my staying even tho I had already prepaid the entire year ahead!! They dont even know what there charging for... 3 months to solve. Exceptionally rude management.
I was temporary staying in this renting apartment until I found a place to buy but after that behaviour I no longer wanted to purchase it through them, so I proceeded with a competitor office in the area. They keep loosing customers with that behaviour.

Breje from Life Residential Greenwich has been a great help throughout my moving process. She responded quickly to my questions and kept me updated on the repairs and arrangements. Highly recommended.
