Lifeline Support Service is a nurse led community support service in Nottinghamshire. We have Day Centre's for older adults and people with dementia in Carlton in Lindrick and Retford. We offer a wide range of fun, social activities at the Centre's including music, entertainment, crafts, seated exercises, games, quizzes and gardening. We have regular therapy dog sessions and a visiting foot health practitioner. We also provide home care services and a care home visiting service in Retford, Worksop and surrounding areas. We are CQC registered and provide personal care, medication support, carer respite, community outings, support with shopping, home help, and socialising and help to reduce loneliness.
