I started taking 450mg and worked my way up to 950mg it seems to be the perfect amount to take the edge off throughout the day. The CBD oil has made a world of difference in my anxiety levels.

I have tried cbd oil in the past and it has tasted like bongwater. I came across Life Grows Green and you can DEFINITELY taste the quality in their products. The orange is my favorite, helps me tremendously with my anxious feelings.

The CBD x melatonin capsules keep my mind calm and me asleep through the night. I take it 30mins before bed and I’m garanteed a good nights rest.

Roll on max relief!
The roll on is perfect for in between workouts. I would recommend the salve stick for those looking for natural muscle relief.

I found quick relief and easy absorption without any greasy feel. I found using this was better than the over the counter stuff i used in the past. I will purchase again.
