Beware of additional auto draft charges to your card
I purchased initial services from this company for $250, sometime latter they auto drafted an additional $100 from my credit card. I was not aware of the additional charges until months later. Life DNA is refusing a refund because I did not object within 30 days. If you are considering using life DNA I recommend you look elsewhere for similar services.

For full clarity, the initial purchase you made of $249 back in 2024 included a subscription for $99 that bills yearly. As is our practice with all subscription products, we emailed you 30 days before your subscription was due to renew, on April 1, 2025. We also emailed you on May 1, 2025, once your subscription renewed, with a receipt for the $99 payment.
As you called in today, March 17, 2026, requesting a refund for the charge from May 1, 2025, the request was denied as it is well outside of our policy outlined in our terms and conditions.
We're happy to speak with you further regarding this. Please expect communication from us from aloha@lifedna.com.

They not only resolved my issue, but continued to reach out even after I dropped the ball in my response. Truly great customer service.

Working with my consultant Kenrick Cruz was such an inciteful experience. She gave me very helpful ideas to address the issues that needed support through diet as well as other suggestions that would help optimize health and avoid the negative results of current deficiencres. Learn what you really need to do to improve your health and longevity
I purchased the test for myself and my wife. At first I had some frustration with customer service but once I made them aware of the problems the customer service people went above and beyond to make things right. The information gained from the results of our tests is exhaustive and incredibly informative. It has helped immensely for planning our strategy for our health and well being into our senior years. We did a follow up "deep dive" into the methylation with Charlotte Bernardo. She was extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions to our satisfaction, and gave us insight into how we need to proceed with our process. Well worth the time listening to Charlotte.

Great value for your money
Customer service is great. I would deduct a star because my boyfriend used Gary Brecka's test and the supplements recommended seemed more targeted and the report seemed easier to go through, but I'm ultimately happy with it.
