The company was very professional and I have to say that everyone that worked with me was that way. Very honest on what they could do and not do, and everything they said is what happened. Yes, I would use them and recommend them to people in the future.

When I got sick I didn't know what we were going to do. How we were going to pay our ever mounting medical bills or pay for my upcoming surgery. We found Life Credit Company and all that changed. We spoke with them and they were really helpful, understanding, accommodating and worked quickly and efficiently with us to meet all of our needs.

We were really struggling financially since I have been living with stage IV cancer since 2011. Online I saw others, with what I have, talk about selling their life insurance policy or taking a loan out against it. I tried contacting another company but got no response. When I contacted Life Credit Company through email I heard from them the same day. Brendan Francis was assigned to me. He was very polite, professional, and kept me up to date with what was happening through the entire process. I also dealt with David Curiel near closing, who was also just as great to work with. I really appreciate how everyone answered any and all questions I had and helped me to make my decision to work with Life Credit Company. I am relieved and very grateful that we will not have to worry about finances any more. Thank you to everyone I spoke to and worked with at this company. I will recommend you to anyone who needs to consider this option.

Truly a blessing; It was obvious from the beginning that Life Credit leadership had/has a clear understanding of the emotional, financial, mental, and physical challenges newly diagnosed cancer patients experience. Having to deal with the new normal of chemo and radiation is stressful in itself, but when compounded with unexpected loss of employment and the loss of associated income, the stress is multiplied. Stress does not positively contribute to the cancer healing process. Life Credit completely understands the plight of cancer patients. In my particular case, I was medically evacuated from my home life overseas into a stateside locale where I didn't know anyone and only had limited funds available. A friend of a friend told me about Life Credit. I was a little skeptical initially, as I'm sure most new customers are; however, once the line of communication with Dave and Brendan was established, it became clear their empathy and understanding was genuine. Life Credit's agility to work with my insurance company made all the difference. Life Credit has been a blessing into my familly's life. My wife and I were seriously exploring the bankruptcy path, but were provided the means to balance our debt through Life Credit. Debt collectors have a job to do, and not one that I talked with seemed to really care about why I was behind on my debt. They were specifically interested in when I would be able to catch up on payments. It was a very stressful and challenging period of time. With everything else I had going on: chemo/ radiation, loss of income, no personal transportation, and away from home and family (wife & four young children - 11, 5, 3, & 1) Life Credit was truly a beacon of Hope for my family. Having the swaying blade of financial doom and ruin removed has allowed my family and I an opportunity to focus on life in the here and now because when you're diagnosed with Stage IV Glioblastoma, tomorrow is definitely not a sure thing - and every waking day is a blessing.

I was pleasantly surprised that an organization like this actually existed. They lived up to and exceeded all expectations. I interacted with 4 different agents of the company and all were empathetic, professional and extremely efficient. They answered all my questions and clearly explained how the process worked. I could not be more pleased how I was treated and of the outcome. I would highly recommend their services for someone in the same situation as me who has been diagnosed with stage four cancer and has to deal with the financial and emotional challenges it presents. I saw this online and did not know if it was real. I was contacted initially by Carlos who was informative and showed compassion. It has helped me thru a very rough time in my life. He provided me with information about the process as well as an informative book. I then went thru second part of process with Mike and Branden. Both answered the rest of my questions. All 3 were caring and helpful. When you have a terminal illness and are dealing with expenses and you don't want to leave a headache for loved ones this was a great alternative. I would definitely recommend.

Life credit has been amazing! During this very tough time, they have afforded me and my family the ability to enjoy each other in a PRICELESS way. No one knows how much time they have to spend with the ones they love, especially after being diagnosed with a terminal illness. However, thanks to L.C. that time can be financially stress FREE!!!
