I only play live tables yet they spam me with hundreds of slot free spin offers. Feels like nobody looks at my activity.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I took a break for a couple of months to cool off. When I came back, my loyalty level was gone, back to basic. No warning that inactivity would reset it. Kind of punishes you for taking a responsible break, which is ironic.
Hit a lucky streak, but then saw they only allow pretty low weekly cashouts. I’ll be withdrawing in small chunks for months if I don’t lose it first.
They call it a sticky bonus but don’t explain clearly that you lose the bonus amount when you request a withdrawal. I thought I’d keep both my deposit winnings and bonus, nope. That should be stated in HUGE letters.
Table says max bet is one amount, but when you try to place it, game rejects it and says lower max applies. Nobody could explain why. Either update the info or fix the limit.
Their weekly cashback is like 5% on net losses over some high threshold, and paid as bonus with wagering. So you lose a lot to maybe get tiny bit back with more conditions. No thanks.
Some casinos show a simple graph of your overall results over time. Here there’s nothing like that. Maybe they don’t want players to see how the line goes steadily down.
Small thin fonts on bright background make reading terms a headache. Maybe that’s the point.
Even when I mentioned losing more than I should, the agent just replied with a canned line about “good luck next time”. No empathy, no suggestion of tools. Left a bad taste.
Live chat is slow, email even worse. Sent a detailed complaint and got zero response after a week.
They advertise weekly cashback but I never saw a cent of it on my account even after losing several deposits. Support said I didn’t "qualify" because of some minimum threshold which was never shown clearly anywhere.
