Customer service through texting or on the phone is amazing. The teeth anti-age whitener is fantastic. And it strengthens enamel! I am trying out the anti-aging cream and the fading serum. I see sl... See more

Baby hairs are back!!! I started losing my edges after my 2nd child and they never came back. I started using Lifecell Hair Restoration System shampoo and conditioner plus the 5% Minoxidil about a month ago and holly crap, my hair is feeling much fuller already and my edges aren't running away anymore. In all seriousness, I would recommend this to anyone having postpartum hair loss or any hair lose issues! Thank you Jessica for showing me this product.

Always kind, always helpful. Never an issue with customer service. I have been a customer for several years and will continue to do so.

I ordered the anti aging treatment and love it. I called and spoke with a representative on the phone who helped me change my shipping intervals so it didn’t come so often and she was so nice. This company was really easy to deal with, unlike most where you can’t get a real person on the phone who speaks english.

I bought Lifecell all in one anti ageing cream. The product itself was ok it wasn’t miraculous but it did leave my skin looking and feeling good. This stuff was expensive. I think I was paying ( it was awhile ago) I want to say 130$ . I got caught up in the subscription loop but managed to get that stopped. I eventually canceled it all together because I found the exact same cream at WALMART of all places. This bougie cream is at Walmart for 40 bucks. Gosh! You really need to research thoroughly before buying anything.

I've bought their GLOW tanning product several times. Works great when it arrives, but now i've learned it expires in a few months and they never said a word. Nowhere did it say "use by..." or "expires on ..." It was $89 for 1 ounce and 3/4 of it is now wasted. AND THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE IT OR MAKE A REFUND.

I’ve been using the product now for over 45 days and I have seen ZERO improvement in sagging skin, puffy eyes, wrinkles or dark patches.
It is over priced and not worth the money.

This company is not transparent at all. You are signed up for recurring orders without realizing it!

Tried canceling subscription doesn’t work at all.

This company likes to sell subscriptions, however, there is NO WAY to find that subscription on their website. It's like a BIG secret! You have to email or call, yet there notifications are short in time & followed by shipping to closely. What happened to putting some control into the hands of the customer.....oh ya....they would cancel to easily.

I spent $89 on the peel serum and I've seen absolutely NO RESULTS ! It didn't even peel. Garbage product ! I want my money back. You're advertising a product with guaranteed results that does absolutely nothing !!

This company is dishonest. The consumer is unknowingly forced into a subscription. They purposely skip a month then they send you 2 months orders. By that time it's even more problematic to cancel. I do not recommend. STAY AWAY!!!

I just checked my cedit card bill and I am being charged 215.00 for items I did not purchase. I would like my credit card charge to be lifted, or I will dispute this charge...I may have to do this anyway..

Like others, I received an unexpected recurring charge which bothers me, I have no patience for sneaky tactics. There are endless products on the market to try. Customer service responded quickly and stopped the payments so this was good. The under eye cream cold tip applicator is really nice but It’s been a month and I haven’t really noticed a difference. It does moisturize, and maybe just needed more time.

I’ve been billed $79 for 3 months and have received one tube of non-working lip plumper!

I've been using it for four consecutive nights, and nothing good or bad has happened to my skin. They claim the skin starts peeling after the second application. They answer that it is a slow peeling. To return the product, it is necessary to fill out a form and contact customer support to ask for the refund, a tactic that all scammers use to make it difficult to return.

wtf is going on! people do not have the dollars to subscribe to everything! why when i purchase a product from lifecell would i want to subscribe to buy it regularly! who does this.
all i can say is thank goodness i buy everything online with paypal. these scams are forced to return my money.
what a shock to see an email from paypal this AM for 135 USD so like 200 AU!
crazy to think, lifecell thinks they can get away with it. i will never purchase something with them again and nor should u

For ALL of these reviews talking about being set up for a subscription without their knowledge - 1. its there in writing when ordering the trial. 2. Just order it off Amazon, which acts as a buffer against any subscription service. I've been using the All-In-One product for about 3 weeks now (Ordered off of Amazon) and have been very happy with it. BTW, the reviews on Amazon for the All-In-One product are 4.2/5 Stars

They put you into a subscription you never saw! They can’t be found to cancel it!! Never get anything from this group!! Fraud alert!!! Someone bust them for good!!
