In addition, we subsidize the shipping cost on every box that leaves our warehouse...it costs us a lot more than we are charging.

Spectacular customer service

Spectacular customer service! Walked me through the whole process of becoming a wholesaler & consistently followed up with me. The product is by far the greatest "on the go" recovery drink I've had. Shipping was less than a week and I'm in Canada!

Customer service has not been great for…

Customer service has not been great for this order.
Ordered 7 days ago. The business has a turn around time of 48 hours for shipping.

This order. The business has not sent a valid reason for the delay. Customer service stated that due to cool/cold temperatures they choose not to send product....A very strange reason 🤔

With such delays and customers needing to chase down the order. The businesses needs to amend their customer service protocols and communication with clients if the above is the case.

Spending $200 on product to be told we are not sending due cool/cold weather....is not a valid reason.

I do hope the business reimburses, or sends credit, supplies two extra boxes of product etc.

Ordered in Canada

EDIT FEB 22,2022:
The team contacted me and rectified all the issues I had. They listened to me and fixed the issues. I am incredibly grateful for their help (thanks Rosemary!)

ORIGINAL POST: Ordered in Canada, the price listed before I hit “order” was different than after they charged my credit card. The taxes were added after I clicked “order” so I wasn’t able to see the added taxes AND shipping (shipping ended up being almost double the cost) until it was too late. It ended up being more expensive, and with the extra cost it made the per-unit price too expensive and I would not have bought them.

The product arrived fine and it has been tasty, but the way the website bamboozled me was disappointing.
