The marketing video showed a potted well cared for fig tree protected in transit. The truth is I received two dead twigs, no viable roots intact. I took them to our local garden centre who said I have been scammed by unscrupulous con merchants. they suggested I throw them away and get my money back. That seems impossible as their website does not respond indications are they will not answer my complaints everything about this company is a fraud. I have emailed to get my money back. I will review this request later. I will be asking Facebook why they allow scammers on their site
